Our experience with Closets by Design was 5 star from start to finish. Their consultant, Paulette, came to our home measured the space, gave us some ideas and options and set up a date for installation that was convenient for us. She was available by phone several times as we prepared our space, even came for second visit to ensure our closet would be perfect, which it was.
The installers were friendly and professional, making sure to make no mess in our house and that we were happy and satisfied when they left. Our closet is the closet of our deams. Thanks Paulette and Closets by Design for making our dreams come true!

Closets by Design came on time, Installed the closet but noticed 2 shelves were not the correct size. I would never have noticed since they were only about 3/4 of an inch narrower than they were supposed to be. However, the installers pointed it out and the new shelves were delivered the next morning. Overall it was a great experience

The entire process was smooth. Paulette, the designer, came over. We talked about what I needed. She listened, asked questions and then drew several designs and we discussed the options. Because of how knowledgeable she was with the work and how understanding of my needs she was, I knew I had picked the right company. The rest is history.
