My family absolutely loves Soulber. We could eat here everyday.

I definitely recommend the chicken + rice soup, Baja bowl or caesaresque salad!

Not only is the food amazing - but the staff is incredible. I also love that the owner is constantly present and welcoming 🌸

This place is a neighborhood GEM! The most delicious and healthy food, the friendliest staff and the most beautiful space that instantly makes you feel welcome and appreciated for supporting them. Bethel is extremely lucky to have a breakfast, lunch and dinner spot like Soulber!

I placed a quick order last night amongst errands for the Baja bowl with avocado and I can't express how delicious is was! So fresh and filling, but healthy and clean! The dressing was INCREDIBLE! It was my first time there, I am hooked. Such a healthy but tasty option.

How lucky are we to have Soulber close by? Easy access to the most delicious healthy food. I have some dietary restrictions (gluten and dairy) and I can come here knowing that I can order ANYTHING and it will taste amazing! They’ve introduced me to incredible baked goods by local bakers that are all made with clean ingredients. Like I had to double/triple check that they weren’t made with butter and guess what…it wasn’t…it was TOTALLY guilt free (thinking of you Cloudy Lane Bakery!).

Additionally, the meal prep has been a lifesaver in terms of access to nutritious foods when life gets a bit hectic. The quality of ingredients, the portion size and the steak *chefs kiss* are a great value.

Love this crew and all the positivity and smiles they bring to my day. Especially the run club. Soulber is quickly becoming a community hub for good reason. Highly recommend!

I am obsessed with Soulber! I’ve recently stopped eating meat and Soulber has been such a great option for me. I LOVE being able to order ahead or have my meal delivered right to the salon. I rave about this place all day every day. I’ve literally tried about 85% of the menu and can say my personal faves are the glow up bowl with tofu and the paradise found smoothie. The staff is so friendly, helpful and welcoming. I’d give them 1000 stars if I could. Happy to have this place in town <3

I’ve been a Soulber customer for over 5 years now and they just keep getting better and better! Everything is always fresh and delicious with unique flavor combinations. The salads are very refreshing and the soups and bowls are hearty and filling. Their drinks are to die for and their collection of treats from other local bakers is another nice touch! Their staff are always friendly, professional and kind. Looking forward to continuing to support them and seeing where the business takes them in the years to come!
