Today, I intended on purchasing a few items. We were greeted when we walked in, but that was it. Zero customer service. We even asked a specific question, and the response was disappointing. The employees were too busy hanging out at the register chatting and laughing and eating take out. 09/24/24 5:00pm.
We were inside for approximately 15 minutes, and we're never asked if we needed assistance. I've always enjoyed O'Reilly's but not this location today. It needs adult structure and maturity.

Well today I called and checked the prices on some stuff for mine and my wife's car and everything was going great so I told the guy that my wife was going to come by and get it would he be kind enough to get it to gether so she wouldn't have to stand for very long and he said no problem because I told him that my wife walks with a cane. So when my wife goes by there and gets the stuff for our car they let her carry it out the store and to the car without offering to help her or even opening the door for her thats just plan rude and uncalled for I used to like this store until this happened but I think from now on I will find fine a store that will help when help is obviously needed. Thanks guys. Just a little disappointed is all but not all the stores are like this. Thanks again.

My alert on panel lit up - your keyless remote is low. Went and shared my problem. The clerk
immediately replied your battery needs to be replaced . Battery, two in package. He invited me to bring my extra remote in later, and he would put the extra battery in. ** Great customer service. Thanks ?

They were the only company that had a starter for my jeep Comanche. I went to 4 other parts stores and no one had it! Once again O'Reilly's comes through for me. Staff is always friendly and knowledgeable. I give them 5 stars!

Theses Guys and Gals are great. Prompt and friendly every time I go or call. They have most of what I need when I go in, if not, I have it ordered and usually can have it within a couple of hours. Fantastic service and prices are pretty good too.
