College Hunks Hauling Junk & Moving are hands down the BEST! The most professional, courteous, efficient service around. I have used them in Sarasota Florida, North Haven CT for moving and MOST RECENTLY AGAIN FOR JUNK REMOVAL WHICH THEY DID WITH WHITE GLOVE SERVICE!!!! I wouldn't look elsewhere. I'll post photos from next move later this coming week.

Had a terrific experience with Max, Jesus and Jose recently. They arrived on time, they communicated beforehand, and they were extremely friendly and professional. Worked very quickly and took great care of my belongings. For the convenience and the cost, this was an excellent decision. Can’t recommend them more highly.

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY
These guys are the worst. I can’t tell you if they are any good at moving because they cancelled my appointment THE DAY OF MY MOVE. They didn’t call to let me know either. While I was waiting for my movers at the location. I became concerned when mo one showed up. I reached out to College Hunks and they told me the branch cancelled my appointment that morning. No one reached out at all. I’m shocked. That is the worst customer service I have ever seen. Customer Service said they would be happy to schedule me for another day, but my move can’t be changed to another day. I’m absolutely disgusted with this company. I would absolutely never use them. They will keep your money if you cancel the same day. However, if they cancel your appointment you’re just out of luck. This is sickening. I’m leaving this review on every single college hunk’s local branch because no one would tell me what branch did this. Shame on you.

My reply to the owners response. I have tried to call that number you provided, but it goes directly to the same customer service number with agents at a call center who have no idea what’s going on. I would like for you to call me if you’d like to discuss this. You have my number. This was beyond awful. You chose to drop my job like I wasn’t a real person with a real move for a bigger job.

For the temperature and heat we had that day they were phenomenal. Help me take apart TVs hang on the walls, take apart furniture and tables. Respective privacy with nosy neighbors and Roommate. Gave positive feedback ,when I was dragging my feet. Good guidance very patient polite, respectful.

Great experience with this company. They arrived 20 minutes earlier than expected which was very convenient. Nunzio and Eric were extremely professional, helpful, efficient and careful with our furniture and items. Rates were reasonable and there were no surprises. I hope I don't have to move again any time soon, but if I do would use this company again.
