I had an extremely disappointing experience with WM. My bulk item pick up was delayed for one week & two days. The customer service reps were great however each day when I called I thought the issue of them not showing up had been resolved but it wasn’t. I did not give it 1 star as I wanted to only because the customer service reps were really trying their best resolve it.

I created an account with Waste Management three weeks ago and still have not received my trash canister. I called last week to check on the delivery and was told it would be delivered in the next day or two. Still no canister. I paid for three months of service and still cannot take out my trash three weeks later. Extremely disappointed. What was the point of paying for a service Waste Management apparently cannot provide?

They neglected to pick up the trash leaving it full twice. The second time they threw our garbage can into our neighbor’s yard and left! Trash was everywhere! Me and the neighbor both called and complained and was told someone would be out. No one came. So now I’m guessing we have to wait a whole week before they come back. Ridiculous.

UPDATE: yeah you guys are doing so great handling the situation. Morons. (Picture added as proof and no one else’s can is like this btw. Second week in a row they toss my can in the ditch) they also go to my job and leave a huge trail of trash and don’t bother to pick it up

Dumpster delivery was delayed 2 days. Customer service could not help. Pickup was per original schedule so I paid for 7 days but only got 5.

Horrible company incompetent reps and the managers are just as dumb as the reps this company continually messed my bill up and build me for resume service fees for something that was their fault. The reps as well as the managers give you attitude and try to get smart so unprofessional. I have been dealing with this company for the past 4 years. The only reason that I continue to is because we have no one else in our area to pick up our trash. I really hate this company and the the incompetent managers and reps as well!!?

Will charge overfilled fees when even the picture they send to show that the container was over filled clearly shows that it is NOT.

The increase in the bill was a bit disappointing, but I have to say they have been on point with pickups and if one was missed it was taken care of same day or next day of calling. I feel waste management has changed alot since the last time we used them.
Our driver is amazing. If he drive by picking up on the other side of the street, he will honk if we don't have ours out to let us know he is making his way around. Very satisfied with our service.

On time pick up and when pick up is going to be delayed, good communication of why and when. Only issue I have had was getting my cart repaired, but once I got that done, I have no issues. They do a great job. Drivers are always friendly and wave when I can catch them. Good job
