We used to love this place, was very fair priced for what we got in the past. Always got a sushi burrito with the same ingredients. Now they’re ripping people off by taking their portion size down over half of what they used to be. We’ve gone from having a decently sized burrito the size of my forearm, to something barely as big as my hand for over $16. Absolutely a rip off. Don’t come here. Called manager to complain, and she said she guesses she’s gonna have to have a conversation with the staff about their portion sizes. She said she was the GM and made it herself. No apology. No explanation. No kindness or understanding. Terrible customer service and is driving this place into the ground. Matt, you should bring Jake back. The photo with my hand is what we got. Other photo is what it used to be.

This place was so cool...Great food choices, great prices. The staff was super friendly and helpful. I enjoyed my stop in ... I'll definitely be back alot. Great for vegans or just a healthy healthy choice.

If I could give ZERO stars… tonight we decided to get pokebowls like every friday night… the girls with blonde hair and fake eyelashes and a nose ring messed up our order by placing the wrong protein with the wrong rice.. my husband noticed that and inmediately her demeanor change.. she made new bowls and use the protein from previous bowls to the new ones which is fine but her attitude every time she asked for the ingredients to be added got worst by complaining and tapping her fingers on the bar.. every motion was overdone. At the end we paid for the food and she didn’t even bag it or asked if we needed one .. she just said “ your order is done”. HORRIBLE customer service… then she walks away all upset like if we inconvenience her. We paid for a service and food.

This place is hit or miss. Most times my orders are correct, but on occasion I get something off. One time I have ordered and received crunchy dry rice in my almost $20 bowl which made it almost inedible. (I ate the toppings) Another time I had ordered Dole whip and received a different flavor without notice (I use online ordering).

But, today was a low blow.

For $5.99 they have the Dole whip beautifully pictured with its nice tall enticing yellow swirls, when really you get a paper cup that is usually filled to the top and they smash a lid on it. Ah, but today. Today I spent $6 for this barely half filled sad little cup. I really hope this is not the standard that they go by now because, holy hell. The price point isn't worth coming here anymore.

They do make your food fast though 🤷

Order from this place all the time. Called them to let them know an order was done wrong and before I could say dont worry about remaking it, Ill just get a refund from Uber the person on the phone hung up on me. I work in retail, I understand disgruntled customers can be a hard time but at least let the confrontation happen before you ASSUME and hang up.
I called back immediately and someone else picked up confused which tells me everything I need to know about the girl who wigged tf out & hung up for no reason.

Came for opening day. Staff was very friendly. Everything was nice and clean. Lines moved fast despite workers being new to the process which was good.

I ordered the Hawaiian signature bowl. The tuna quality didn't seem to be bad at all. The spicy mayo seemed a bit spicy but that's just personal pretence. The rice however was way too mushy; too much water was used when they cooked the rice. The grains of rice pretty much fused together from all the extra water. Though by the end of it, I was pretty full.

Will pass on the bubble tea since it is from powder but will definitely be returning to try the salmon and the Dole whip.

My family and I usually like coming to this place except for lately because there is a particular woman the one with the platinum white hair. who is very rude every single time we come in. It seems like she is rude to everyone who comes in. She honestly ruins the whole experience for us.

This place is great, good value for the food and very friendly service.
I ordered a small poke bowl, 2/$5 spam musubis and a black tea taro boba. All items were delicious and reasonably priced. I’ll certainly be back!
