This team really helped bring our dream to a reality! My husband is from India so we wanted to ensure we had a full length documentary-style video to send to his family. They provided the most heart-felt and dynamic video that really made it feel like anyone who watched it was there with us - we couldn't be more grateful for that as it allowed all the family that couldn't be here with us to experience our wedding. They had great communication before and after the event and worked with us to understand the feel we were going for with our photos and our venue. We cannot recommend them highly enough for their communication, professionalism, and friendliness during the process (which is important as I often feel uncomfortable in front of a camera!). If you're on the fence about adding a videographer, do it, and hire this team! We couldn't be happier with our wedding video from Crystal Lake Creatives. Zander and Jasper went above and beyond to capture the day exactly as we envisioned. They were incredibly professional yet relaxed, making the whole experience smooth and enjoyable. Loved working with Crystal Lake Creatives! We were looking for an affordable yet high quality videographer to capture our wedding and we are so pleased with the final product!!!! Lovely people who make lovely films. We knew from the beginning we wanted a videographer for our wedding, and when my husband found Zander, our search was done. Zander and Jasper were with us on our wedding day - they were both so easygoing, friendly, and talented. It's like having extra (very creative) friends with you on your wedding day. We love having all of the raw footage, and the film + reel they made of the day are amazing. Do not hesitate to use them for your wedding, you will be in the best hands!

Crystal Lake Creatives is absolutely amazing to work with! We hired them for our September 2024 wedding and they went above and beyond to make our day and films perfect. From their clear communication and organization, their professionalism and helpfulness day-of, and the beautiful films Zander edited (very timely, might I add) they are hands down the best! Our films were beyond perfect. Not only that, but day-of the team was so good about getting all of our film “visions” on camera with minimal time posing, and they even helped in moments they had no need to- just out of pure kindness- such as one team member helping grab all our bouquets that we accidentally left behind in the bridal suite! The sweetest guys! Cannot recommend working with them enough.

I loved watching my parent’s wedding video on VHS as a kid, and when my now husband and I watched his parent’s video in the same late-90s style we knew this was the vibe we wanted for our own video. Zander jumped at the challenge and after one phone conversation with him we knew he was the right choice! He genuinely wanted to know how we met, what our vision was for our video and our day, etc. Zander and his team are utmost professionals and melded into our wedding day perfectly. He even threw in a complimentary Instagram reel when our finished products were taking a bit to be processed! Don’t hesitate to work with Crystal Lake Creatives!

My husband and I had Crystal Lake Creatives film our wedding day, as I had seen some of their work and loved their cinematic style that stood out and was far different from a traditional "boring wedding video".

From the first time I reached out, Zander was quick to respond to any questions that I had and was & was super helpful throughout the entire process.

I was a little nervous at first about hiring a videographer on our wedding day, as I didn't want too many cameras in my face and did not want it to take away from the big day itself. Zander and the second videographer (Jasper) showed up early on our wedding day, and were both super kind and compassionate. Zander has the most calm demeaner and was never "pushy", which made my husband and I comfortable being filmed. I never felt like there were any cameras in my face, and I was surprised to see all of the great moments that they captured when the footage came in because most of the time I did not even realize they were there. Their presence did the opposite of take away from the big day, and they actually added positivity to our day by making sure we had all of our needs met.

The final product was absolutely AMAZING and exceeded my expectations. All of the important shots from our big day were captured, in addition to several little moments that I think many other videographers would have missed. Many of my friends had to wait months for their wedding videos, and we got to enjoy our main wedding video within just a few weeks of the wedding day which was an added bonus.

Overall, I would 100% recommend Crystal Lake Creatives and would use them again. I couldn't have asked for a better experience.

We have never made a better decision than choosing to go with Crystal Lake Creatives as our wedding videographers. From the second they showed up, they were such a kind, calming presence on my wedding morning that everyone felt instantly comfortable around them. From long drives between locations, pouring rain messing with plans, and a crazy heat wave the night of my wedding, my videographers were always cool, calm, and collected--forever focused on myself and my husband and making sure we got every angle, sound bit, and shot we wanted. Not to mention, Zander and his partner Jasper stayed beyond their contracted time simply because they were having fun, enjoying the art they were making. These guys are seriously the best and I am so beyond grateful for the INCREDIBLE footage we received from our cinematic film, to our short reels, to our raw footage of the day/night. There is no better fit for you if you want down-to-earth, happy-to-be-there vendors on your wedding day. We are so thankful!
