I cannot recommend American Flag Granite & Stones LLC highly enough! From start to finish, they made the entire process an absolute pleasure and exceeded all my expectations. Not only were their prices better than other stores I checked, but their incredible service truly set them apart.

The team treated me like family and made me feel involved in every step of the process. They were so friendly and accommodating, going above and beyond to ensure my dream of a Titanium granite kitchen became a reality. Every detail was handled with care, and their professionalism and craftsmanship were outstanding.

A special shoutout to Maryanna, the owner’s daughter, and the entire crew for their amazing work and dedication. If I ever need granite or stone products again, I wouldn’t hesitate to return. They’ve earned my trust and my highest recommendation!

Prices were competitive but customer service was so bad that I'd never go back there again nor would I recommend anyone else to. The corner of our counter top broke off in transportation to our home. We paid $6,000 for the entire job. We called Rosanna and tried to come to an agreement she took $500 off or "we'll rip everything out and you can go somewhere else". We recently moved in and I have a 5 month old so I really needed my kitchen to be finalized. I agreed to the discount only to get things moving forward. It was 9:30 pm and the men finally finished the work (the installation was done very well asides the corner being broken off). I went to give my final payment on my credit card and they declined my form of payment "we do not accept credit card". I was stunned because it didn't state that anywhere on the contract (see attached photo) nor was I notified. They wanted cash or check. As our stuff were still in boxes and we put our check books in our safe box so they don't get lost in the moving process we had no check nor did we have $3,000 cash on us. I called Rosanna and explained this to her and she did not accept it. I told her I'd come to the store first thing in the morning (my bank opens at 8 am) I'd withdraw the cash and come straight there because the ATM only allows $500 daily to be withdrawn. Again, she did not accept that. She started yelling that she's going to have the guys rip the counter tops out and we can go somewhere else. Back and forth the conversation was going no where and the installers started getting involved therefore I had my in-laws come get my son. 10:30 pm rolled around the installers wouldn't leave nor did Rosanna want to help the situation. There was a white car driving around my house and pulling in and out of my driveway. Her husband showed up (I had never met him) in a different car. We began to feel uncomfortable and had no choice but to call the police. The police came and had to literally get the installers out of the house and reiterate exactly what I had told Rosanna that I would come in the morning to pay in which I did. I have attached photos of the corner of my slab, what my pillar in the kitchen looked like after I had already paid contractors to sheet rock and plaster, and the contract. page showing the payment section. I can't be more upset with the fact that I paid $6,000 for a broken piece, had police at my house, sent my 5 month old to my in laws at 10:00 pm, and had a car lingering around my house. It is a VERY unsettling feeling. I was born and raised in a family business and this was just crazy to me. If I had known in advance I would have paid a higher price somewhere else because you can't put a price on the feeling they left with my husband and myself. The situation finally came to rest at midnight. YOU HAVE BEEN ADVISED.

Rosana takes her time listening, advising, showing all the huge stone collection that they carry and helping you to decide what would be best for your project. Gennie is a patient man who gives his advice regardless of profiting from it. They stand by their word and that alone as a business owner myself I appreciate the most!

My wife and I were absolutely BLOWN away by American Flag Granite and Stones. We worked with Maryanna to design our countertops and she was so immensely helpful to us. She answered all of my emails in a timely fashion and was very professional. The whole process only took two days which was incredible! One day Jonathan and his team came and made the template, the next week they came in with the countertops and they were installed within a day! Also, fantastic prices and a beautiful selection of stone styles. I HIGHLY recommend this business to anyone looking to redo their counters.

The Best Company I used on our home rebuild. Friendly, knowledgeable, very responsive and prompt. The did Excellent work and were 2 weeks faster than any other company we contacted.
