From the start of the process with customer service to the finished product it was a great experience and a high quality product. I was tempted to make the 5 drawers myself, but then found Porta Door, this was by far the best money I ever spent and the most time saved on a project.

I ordered 16 doors, sent a drawing with all the dimensions. They entered it wrong, delivered it damaged and charged me another $250.00 I had no choice being I needed the doors for our customer. Have used them over years and had no problems. Very unsatisfied. Poor service and no responsibility.

I have been a customer of the port door company for well over 20 years. There product is of the highest quality and delivery is always on time. When problems do arise, they are always handled promptly. I am and will always will be a loyal Porta Door customer.

Terrible customer service. It's been three months since I was told my one door would be ready (in one week). This has happened before about six months ago; it took them four months to get me radius doors that I was told would be ready in a few weeks. I gave them the benefit of the doubt and gave them another shot but this time has been even worse. I lost a great customer because of their unprofessionalism and un-dependability. Every time I call them, I cannot get a hold of the person who is making the doors. They say they keep paging him and they never return my calls.

I'm about to lose yet another customer again; my mistake giving them another shot.

Avoid at any risk, unless you have absolutely no time constraints at all. I regret ever using them to begin with. I will be going elsewhere from now on.

Harold Frankel is a good salesman but lacks integrity. Don't trust him or Peter Romanos the owner of porta door. Harold doesn't see anything wrong working for a thief. Everything porta door delivered was below quality standards or made incorrectly.They have no talent on staff to manage the so called custom work they claim to specialize in. The last thing Peter Romanos did was lie and say and order I had been waiting for over 6 weeks was going to be delivered on a certain day. I then found out that that part of the order was not even started. Then realizing I was completely screwed on my completion date to my client and that Porta door had made the other half of my order incorrectly I had to place the order somewhere else. I told porta door I wanted a refund of my deposits which came to almost 4000.00 dollars.. Peter responded to my request for my refund by refusing to refund my money so I am in the process of bringing a lawsuit against him in NY.. I am also filing with Conn department of consumer affairs...Harold Lies when he stands by this company ---Do research before using porta door ..When you do you'll find they have a terrible reputation in the marketplace. A company that doesn't care about their reputation and how they treat customers shouldn't operate....!

my name is emilio owner of aria megan and peter and there team did an absolute incredible job on my chapel doors people are just stunned . Megan was very professional and the doors were perfect and on time even thru all the craziness so yes im definitley gonna be using them in the future thank you very much porta door team
