Was very satisfied with the service. Brought my laptop in for a repair and Jay was very thorough with the job and even gave me a break on the price. Very timely and resourceful. Would come back here for all tech repair needs. Highly recommend.

We had to take my son's gaming computer to be fixed. The service that we received from Jay was exceptional! He went above and beyond to work on the computer to find the issue and fix it. His level of care for his customers is unbelievable. The computer runs wonderfully and pricing was great as well especially for the amount of time he had to put into diagnosing and working on it. I received exceptional service! My ten year old desktop computer did not wake up from sleep mode one day. Everything I needed for grad school was on the computer and I had an intensive workload to keep up with, so I was a bit panicked to get things back up and running. Jay started diagnosing the computer immediately. The hard drive failed. He recommended a replacement and was able to retrieve all my data and transfer it to the new computer, which works excellent and was very affordable. I highly recommend this store and will return for all my computer needs! I do not think any other repair stores would have been as responsive, knowledgeable, and affordable.

I went to the Apple Store to try and get my Mac book fixed where I was then directed to just buy a new lap top since mine was out dated. Jay at The Biz Techs was recommended by a friend and he happened to have a part and replaced what my lap top needed at an extremely reasonable price and time frame. Highly recommend. Lap top works great now!
