Great chicken weird after taste. But still better than KFC.
Extremely nice service.
It's quite pricey for fast food and its quality.

They should definitely get their chicken a more natural taste.
The sauces are pretty good but very unhealthy.
The bathroom is decently clean compared to other fast-food chains. However, I still believe that hygiene could be improved, especially to raise its standards in those type of restaurants.

2nd and last visit.

1st visit worker had an attitude like I was bothering him and chicken tasted as if it was fried in used oil.

2nd visit same attitude, he gave me the wrong order and the sodas tasted like sparkling water .

First time at this particular Popeyes…
Went through the drive through to get a chicken sandwich & mango lemonade. (Which I always get from different locations) The chicken was not good and the fries were cold. The lemonade tasted awful & smelled spoiled. I asked to replace it with strawberry, one employee stated it would be the same because the lemonade base is the same. She was right. It was disgusting!!! It smelled like it had been sitting out for days. You would think they would remake the lemonade, nope! After handing me the strawberry lemonade she stated “ can you move up” & there were no cars behind me or even in front of me and now I completely understand why. Once I left, I called to speak with the manager & what sounded like the same employee said the manager was “busy”. I will be calling corporate. Completely dissatisfied and disgusted.

Customer service was horrible and the food was not made to customers satisfaction. I asked for extra mayonnaise and there was no mayonnaise on my sandwich. Having a good customer service and quality food for what customer requested should be priority. Not just giving customer whatever you please. I was very disappointed.

This was the worst Popeyes I've eaten. My first time dining there, chicken sandwich was so darn greasy. I took it to the front and asked to be compensated, but the young man said no. So I ordered a spicy breast instead. It wasn't spicy and taste like crop. The fries were hot n fresh. There was clear liquid coming out of the coke dispenser. Just a mess!!!

Busy is very slow, therefore the food is sitting for a period of time. The chicken is not Hiram’s the fries are cold, the mashed potatoes has very little gravy.

Today i went thru the drive thru and spoke to Tamia. She was so pleasant her customer service skill are amazing. She knew the menu and the prices and had alot of patience with me.

Location never has chicken ready past 7 pm. Also they have you wait at the drive thru order mic for 10 minutes at a time without taking your order just for them to tell you they don't have chicken ready so wait longer.
