A really nice electronic store specializing in refurbished desktop computers and laptops. Backed with a warranty and technical support. We purchased a 2021 iMac with a 24” monitor that includes several extra programs a wireless mouse & keyboard for $900 0% interest too!

So I purchased a high end machine from IbuyPower and had a horrible experience with warranty services, even though I had a 3 year extended and my machine was 1 year and 1 month old (they refused to cover parts). So I decided to check out Evolve PC, which is a block away from me.

I spoke to Luke a "fellow gamer" and explained my situation. Well Luke and Evolve set me right up for a replacement. I was able to get an upgraded build with top of the line parts. Amazing case and requested some specific requirements.

All was easily handled and provided by Evolve PCs. So far their team has been top notch and I am happy to have a local small business cover my warranty. I got home and now I am enjoying this amazing build. Runs quiet, has plenty of power and looks amazing.

Came back from vacation with my kids to find my computer barely operational. Couldn’t get on my e-mail, or any other site that stored my password. That gets scary when aside from family and friends, my doctors are there as well. Perhaps should have taken those data breach notices more seriously, despite having several anti-virus programs on board. Ran everything I own, but a dinosaur like me has limits. So, I contacted Evolve Computer in town to please bring this technological nightmare to an end. Their skilled tech comes to my house and restores some functionality; but not completely. I bring this machine to their shop on Howe Ave expecting another charge but that’s not the case with these guys. Crazy in this market to find a team that stands fast with their promise. Had a terrible experience at this place. After paying for the expedited computer repair fee, the techs were unable to diagnose or replicate my problem after having my computer for a week. They clearly had put no work on review the computer. I then took it to a local individual because my problem persisted. They were able to find several problems within hours, outdated drivers, instances of malware, and improperly applied thermal paste. The workers here are lazy and do not put in the extra effort to actually diagnose your PC. Save your money.
