Absolutely one the worst companies I have ever dealt with. Took them 10 months to get my doors and get them installed. Of course they wanted all money up front which was like $30k. Then 9 months after installation one of the motors goes out. They send out a guy that installs a new motor and it's not working properly. They throw their hands up and want to try and tell me that the garage door openers that they sold me are not adequate and that I needed bigger which was going to cost me an additional $3500.00
I call the manufacturer of the doors and the opener/motor manufacturer and they both say that the openers which I was sold are fine. Ancro didn't want to take any time to actually diagnose the actual problem but instead just want to put the blame on everyone but themselves. I hire another company to come out and take a look and it was immediately discovered that motor was installed crooked by 2-3/4", and the springs were not adjusted properly. I now have a perfectly good working garage door again.
To summarize the installation was incorrect but I understand that this can happen. However the only way that the owners handled everything was absolutely the worst customer service ever. I would never recommend this company to anyone. Spend your hard earned money somewhere else because these guys do not know anything about customer service or how to diagnose problems.

I just want to say Thank you to Ancro Door Co. Call these guys first. They fixed both of my garage door openers within 1-2 days of them going out. One they fixed for two hundred and one they replaced for 500 with a new opener and installed it as well . Totally fair prices. I highly recommend. Thanks again!

Ancro Door Company, LLC is the BEST! Our garage door cable broke which caused several other problems with our garage door. The door would not even close. The problem occurred in the late evening, and I immediately emailed and called them. Literally, within thirty minutes my call was returned, and he made me an appointment for early the next morning. The men showed up exactly when they said they would be there. They had the problem resolved within one hour. Our garage door works better than it has in years! We are so pleased with this company’s prompt, professional, and reasonable service charge. We highly recommend this company, and will be calling on them for any future needs.

Everyone was so professional and helpful. From ordering the garage door to having it installed was a smooth process. Christina and Donovan were very helpful with getting the correct measurements for the door and Sam did an excellent job installing it! The door is very well made and I’m sure it will last us for many years. Thank you everyone at Ancro for a job well done!

After backing into my garage door Saturday night and reaching out to Ancro doors over Facebook messenger, they were very quick to respond and assured me they would take care of it for me first thing Monday morning. Not only that, they checked another garage door on my storage building while they were here and repaired it, also. The repairman was very kind, knowledgeable and very helpful to me. He went out of his way to fix extra things that I hadn't asked about in my original call. I will def be using Ancro Doors in the future.
