While my sales person Bob was very knowledgeable, friendly and outgoing, my experience at Toyota of Colchester was unexpected. I drove over an hour to test drive a car they still in fact have on the lot, I told them about my negative equity and told them “I’m not trying to waste your time, if there’s nothing you can do for me let me know and I’ll leave” they insisted they would be able to help me out and I requested they let me know what I could do to get out of my current vehicle, I was even willing to take it even with cosmetic interior damage. I completed a credit application, and was told I would hear in the morning… It’s been a month later I haven’t been contacted, not even a follow up. As someone who works at a dealership in car sales, it was definitely not the experience I thought I would get.

The best used car buying experience I have had! Alex, Zack and Eric were all great, made sure my "new" car was in excellent condition and all my expectations were met. Service department is top notch. They diagnosed the problem with a new set of tires I recently purchased. That made the difference when I brought it back to the retailer. Also they performed 100k service quickly and with no problems. Recommend them 100%.

Happy customer here with my Sienna. Alex Bruno took care of me, very polite, respectful, and nice guy who made it easy and pleasant. Thanks!
In addition, when I first contacted the dealer to check availability of the Sienna, Amanda answered my question, she was very nice as well. Also, Erick the person with who I signed the paperwork of contract, was super friendly and respectful.

This dealership is a scam house. I placed a simple camera under the chassis of my highlander during a transmission flush. They never performed the transmission flush. To verify, I observed all Drain and fill plugs as well as connections to the radiator. All connections and plugs were still dry post service. Toyota of Colchester will take your money and "pretend" to perform transmission flushes. Buyer beware.

Toyota of Colchester did a great job repairing my car. Nikko and the service department were very patient dealing with my insurance company and worked hard to fix the extensive damage in my car due to mice. They went above and beyond to make sure the car was restored to its previous condition. I am so grateful and recommend them for any service needs.
