Purchased a new Frigidaire dishwasher. Very pleasant experience. Great price. The staff at Smarter Appliance were so helpful when we were doing our kitchen remodel we had ideas on what products we’d like to use and wanted to to see them in person although they have a limited selection we were able to hear a lot of the good and the bad of each of the companies including their warranty experience with some of the companies the ease in getting that warranty repair work should we need any And where the work was completed whether it is local in the US or have limited shops in the US because it is manufactured overseas they were able to deliver and they were actually able to hold all our product at their location until we were ready to accept delivery at that point in the remodel when we needed it they were very friendly and although they delivery guys pretty much Destroyed the front of one of my fridges. They were able to help set up a warranty order to get a new door although they did also ask if we wanted to just return the unit. I really wanted my fridge back so I accepted the damage one, and waited for a brand new door to be installed, aside from that delivery experience and it was a pretty large fridge. They were extremely pleasant easy to work with help us get the lowest price possible on all the items that we needed and they were able to get everything that we had on our wishlist even though they didn’t have it on their floor. I highly suggest coming in and talking with them if you’re looking for any appliance purchase big or small.

I can't say enough nice things. I have a two family home and have purchased four appliance's in the past year. Last week a dishwasher just died. The staff worked quickly to recommend a more reliable and in stock dishwasher brand. They installed it the same day. The install crew is top notch making sure that all plastic etc is removed and that they are leaving my property the same as they found it. They also price match without being asked.

Window AC died in the middle of the night. Next morning I searched online for models and prices to get a sense of what was available and where. I have not needed an appliance since Smarter Appliance opened but I love to shop local. I called to get availability and a price. Travis gave a great quote right away on the phone. Service was great when I arrived to pick it up. I am definitely going back. PS. Don’t get confused by the prices on their website which appear to be full retail for some items. Call to get the price.

If you are looking for excellent customer service look no further than Smarter Appliance! Tony was very professional and knowledgeable. I can’t say enough about the delivery of my dryer from having to remove my entry door to making sure the dryer was level. Support local businesses because you get the customer service you can’t put a price on and often don’t get good service from big box stores.
