From the time we walked in the door we were made to feel like family or life long friend that haven’t seen each other in a while but just picked up where we left off at. Martie Headrick is the very BEST at basswood. If you need a vehicle and are having doubts because of credit issues I’m telling you run don’t walk down to basswood and ask for Martie. She was made for this business. She wasn’t letting me leave until I was approved. After all the other car lots I have been to and got denied I finally went to Basswood and seen Martie and I’m so happy that I did. I’m the proud owner of a 2021 Chevy Equinox with only 24K miles on it. She really made me feel like family, gave my starving kiddos treats and drinks and she said she could help me and she did. God is good and He knew what He was doing when someone gave me her card and I’m so glad I reached out to her. I will forever be grateful for having met Martie during this process and I believe I’ve made a life long friend. She cares about the people she does business with. Matt said that he WOULD get me in a car and he did. He definitely had a challenge but didn't give up til I got my car and I love it!!! If you need a car but don't think you could get approved, go see Matt. He will figure out a way for you to drive away in a new car and he's not a pushy car salesman that will try to put you in just anything to make a sale. He makes sure the customer is happy too.

Can't say enough about Damien and Lesie at Basswood!! They jumped through hoops to get me in the car I've been wanting! I love my Bronco Sport amd am so thankful I stumbled on to their business!! We went to Basswood CDJR with a promise from that they would get us in a car or give us gas money for driving out there. They put a us a with a very nice salesman and I apologize I don’t remember his name. Unfortunately they could not get me in a car but they did just what they said and gave us gas money for driving out! Holly the operations manager is absolutely amazing!

Shortly before a routine service appointment, hubby's truck showed a message that there was a DEF problem and he became confused and concerned. He brought it into Basswood for help.
The folks at Basswood were extremely helpful, locating the problem and explaining to him what needed to happen. When I didn't follow, JJ Johnson kindly explained it to me. He and Doug Conaway did everything they could to both fix the problem keeping the cost down while getting the required services completed. We are very h a ppy with this dealership. Will not hesitate to take any further problems to them.
