They do not stand by their equipment or warranties. It will come up with an excuse, Or try to charge you four hundred dollars to change your oil on a lawnmower (service) no thank you!

I been dealing with Tony(owner) at Ganos for many many years through various companies including my own. Place is very honest and great service team. They are knowledgeable with all current equipment issues and will get you a plan to fix it. Best in the area for any landscaping needs.

These guys have written the book on customer service, going the extra yard for consumers and landscapers. I have referred many people here from all over. Shindaiwa trimmer (great product ) purchased there about 30 years ago . A couple of pulls and right back up and running . Serviced it their . There are a few dealers in the state that I would trust, however Tony Garagano and his Dad Frank are right at the top.

Extremely knowledgeable. Called because I thought the starter on my snowblower was shot. Troubleshot the issue over the phone with me and diagnosed the problem to a simple missing bolt. Could have very easily agreed with my assessment and charged me a new starter but instead, took the time to examine the issue. Clearly they know small engines and willing to work with their customers to find the correct solution for their problems.
