Not good to wake up at 6:45am with no water, especially with a house full of people looking to get ready for the day.
I checked out the usual things ie power to the switch, the contacts and the breaker but it all checked out ok.
I remember hearing about Water Dr. on Chaz & AJ so I figured I’d try them first, extremely happy that I did!
I called and spoke to Matt at 8am, he was there by 9am with his helper, we went over a few things and by 915am it was determined my well pump was most likely bad.
Matt was super knowledgeable and explained everything why my pump was most likely the culprit, even answered my questions about my water softener that’s been acting up.
Matt and his helper quickly got to work after we spoke about lowest to highest price depending on the pump size, depth etc.
At 11am we had water again!
I figured the bill would have been on the higher side since they came right out and got the job done ASAP, but that’s not how they operate they just really care about their customers.
I was there the whole time and saw the scope of work that was done, not an easy job plus I had the bigger size pump and it was down pretty far almost 300 ft but after all said and done Water Dr’s price was very fair from the quotes I did get and those places were 1 day out.
Don’t hesitate, call these guys!

Matt and his team were amazing to work with. I was the listing agent for a house in Torrington where the results of the water test came back poorly on the home inspection. I contacted Water Dr. and spoke to Matt. He was very responsive, informative and was out to the house less than 24 hours later to installed a new filtration system. Not only was he extremely knowledgeable, prompt and efficient but his pricing was the most reasonable. I highly recommend working with this company for your water needs.

I was having a problem with my water softener, and was unable to get the company who had been servicing it for years to come out and take a look at it. I called Water Doctor, and spoke to Matt who was able to diagnose the issue with my softener over the phone, and advised me how to fix it myself. I then immediately called Matt back and scheduled my yearly service with Water Doctor, and dumped my old company. Three days later, Josh came out and serviced my water treatment system. Josh was very personable and knowledgeable, and made some adjustments to my system, and it’s now working better than ever. I would highly recommend Water Doctor for all of your well/ filtration needs

This was our second time using Water Doctor. We just love Matt and Chase. The reason we love them is because their honest guys and go above and beyond to make sure your happy with their work. There not trying to push a product on you like other companies have done in the past. I highly recommend anyone with a well system to check out the low prices and quality work. In search of a company to fix my water issue, like you - I read reviews. In the reviews for this company, Matt was repeatedly praised. Well, the 2 clowns who showed up for my job were not Matt, they were Dennis and his “assistant.” The red flag should have been the language Dennis used when I called to make an appointment. In trying to ascertain the potential issue and cost range on the phone, Dennis said , “Ya know 14 grand.” Professionals do not speak like this. My bad. The other red flag was his answering my questions with essentially one word answers. They were at my house for about 40 minutes and left a mess that was nothing less than disgusting including - after Dennis working in a basement utility closet that had obvious mouse activity - without washing his hands - taking apart the faucet of the bathroom sink which after so doing is now broken. Do you think I am going to brush my teeth using that faucet? Bottom line, since reviews mentioned Matt, maybe the company was sold or the like, I don’t know. I found a wonderful company the next day and learned a crucial lesson about reading reviews: Under the review isn’t should say “Verified User Review”. I see this all the time in Amazon but never thought to check for that on google. Lesson learned. In short, in 30 years of home ownership, my experience with Water Dr. Ranks as possibly the worst experience I have ever had as a home owner.

HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!!! 1st let me start off by saying our house lost water on a rainy Saturday... they still came out! Nick and Chase were extremely professional and to the point. Every worst case scenario played out for our house. Pump and pipe was shot! These guys deserve a gold metal for pulling off the work they do. Long long story short... within 24hrs of calling we had running water in the house again! Thank you so much fellas! Also want to throw in that the owner of the company was also at the house on a Sunday to HELP get it done! Excellent company values.
