Timex Expedition North Titanium is a masterpiece beater watch that will stay on my wrist until I'm 6 ft under. More like this, Timex!

Purchased a Timex Navi XL automatic. Wore it less than two days and put back in the box as it was a gift for my nephew. Next time I opened the box half the band had separated from the watch case. Upon looking closer the pin had broken. The band is of poor quality. I expected Timex to stand behind this purchase as I ordered directly from their website. Customer service is even lesser quality than this watch. Very disappointed in Timex.

I purchased a Timex watch from Amazon and sent it in to Timex to remove some links since it was too big. I mailed it to them with the label they provided over a month ago. After several requests to confirm that they indeed received my watch and when I could expect to receive it, I received an invoice from Paypal asking me to pay not only to remove the links but to repair an out-of-warranty watch, including a new wristband and battery. This was a brand-new watch! Like others, I am getting the run around. The customer service person promised that I would get a corrected invoice from Paypal. The invoice I received was for the same amount due AND they still haven't removed the 3 links, 5 weeks later. Why are they still in business?

Customer service is unbelievable. Promises to have repair made but the watch has been sent over a month ago and hasn't been returned. Even had to pay via PayPal to get this serviced. Avoid at all costs.

Bought a watch in Belgium via a Dutch website, but if you ask questions directly to Timex Group USA, Inc. about your purchased watch
May from Timex support promised to respond
by email to my question after advice from the warehouse team, but promised but did nothing. basicly very rude. Strange behavior.
This was the first and last order of Timex products, apparently they have too many customers in Europe!

I have/had the T5K018 watch. This is the 3rd strap that has broke. I would only wear it when I would leave to run errands, doctor appointments, or out to eat. There was nothing strenuous about what I was doing that would cause the strap to just snap. I am beyond frustrated with the fact they know this happens and they won't help me or manufacture it better. I was just standing and the band just snapped. I can't keep buying new straps, installing it and expect it to last. Their customer service is horrible. They lie and promise a 30% discount then refuse to give it to you. Only guarantee straps for 1 month. Act bitter when you call them out on their lies. Really disappointed. I am done. Love the watch, hate the strap, hate their so-called service.

I had always liked the timex watches I've had over the years. When the first one quit keeping time after about 15 years of abuse, buying another timex was an easy decision.
BAD MOVE! I had the watch for less than a year before the water resistant to 50 meters started leaking with my arm elbow deep in water. They said the would warranty it which seemed nice at the time until not only did I have to pay for shipping both ways but they sent me a watch that was way to big for my wrist. I knew the watch would be a little different as specified on the website, I thought this meant a different band or color, but a different size watch! This is ridiculous.
Terrible product, worse customer service...I think I'll buy a Sacko this time.

I’ve been a fan of Timex ever since my first Ironman Triathalon Indiglo, the first year that the backlight feature was available. Over the past twenty years I’ve been collecting their analog chronographs, multifunctions, and more recently Weekenders. But after obtaining a bunch of early chronographs using TMI and Miyota movements, it is clear that Timex needs to come up with an alternative to their impractical 30-minute chrono movements. The M921 and M922 Chrono Alarm movements are tried and true… but stale. Timex needs to start designing some in-house calibers that shake things up a bit, with classic multi-eye appeal without detracting from an at-a-glance appearance. The original TX branch was promising but now it’s nothing more than a crown adornment. Bring back the under-40mm designs from the early 2000s and put out some new chronos… preferably with running center-seconds and 2.5Hz sweeps! Great styling, poor attention to technical details.
