Impossible to cancel an order, Impossible to talk to someone, impossible to get a call back, This company is shady.

I placed an order 10 days ago with absolutely no word from the company on shipping. Company website states 24-48 hours. That is a lie. I've called and left messages in the general mailbox, I called and spoke to someone today who said someone would call me back. That never happened.

You can't "Activate" your account with the email they send you when you create an account so you can't ever check the status of your order.

I think they are doing something shady with taking peoples money then never replying to them when they reach out multiple times.

Do not do business with them.
