Over the past several months, we had the pleasure of working with Tradewinds Heating and Cooling after our system broke down while under a home warranty from American Home Shield. From the beginning, the service team was courteous, professional, and genuinely friendly.
Navigating the process with American Home Shield can be tricky, but Nicholas was incredibly knowledgeable and kept us informed every step of the way. He scheduled service calls, communicated updates with our tenants, and was always prompt in his responses. His attention to detail made the whole experience much smoother.
Recently, Tradewinds installed our new air conditioner and furnace. The installation was quick and efficient, and they left our home spotless afterward. The entire team was a pleasure to work with.
Thanks to their exceptional service, Tradewinds Heating and Cooling has earned a lifelong customer. Highly recommend!

Eric and Ricky, they came to my home today and fixed my furnace! They were absolutely amazing! Very knowledgeable, great energy and vibes! Glad to have such an amazing Duo of professionals come to my home and take care of the problem especially in this cold weather. They gave great advice on the future of my furnace. I will definitely call back in the future and especially request them.

Going the extra mile! I know Eric didn’t have to do this and is definitely not in his job description, but he shoveled my driveway since my car slid down due to the ice. Such a great human! Kindness and being neighborly with these two men is what I love when looking for a company to give my business to. Thank you so much!

My furnace was not lighting. I tried replacing the only things I felt comfortable doing. I had called another company and they sent a tech out and diagnosed it as being a bad mother board. The company I had called quoted me a price that I felt was quite high. After talking with Nick at Tradewinds for a second opinion, he assured me that price was high. His price was comparable to even a third opinion, so I knew I was on the right track. Nick sent it his techs, Ricky and Eric. Awesome guys!! They fixed it and gave me advice on cleaning. We even discussed new thermostat that are more efficient. All in all, a great experience with Tradewinds. They are my go to for their quality and honesty.

Eric and Ricky did a phenomenal job cleaning our furnace. We had a leak for our dryer that caused our entire washer and dryer room to fill with lint and required an intense clean. They were done within 2 hours and made sure everything was good to go! Couldn't recommend them more. Thank you guys.

Great experience with Eric at Tradewinds. I was quickly scheduled, pricing was the best out of 4 other quotes, and Eric noted some issues that another company had previously ignored (and even lied about). He was efficient and honest. We’ll be using Tradewinds for all future heating and cooling needs.
