AVOID LIKE THE PLAGUE AT ALL COSTS!!! USE MERIT BRASS, TYLOK, SMITH COOPER OR ANY OTHER MANUFACTURE. I ordered a UPS RED PO on August 9th, with my delivery address on it. They claimed that because I did not properly file a quote (how is that my responsibilty?), or check stock even though I called and check stock over the phone they didn't know it was meant to ship direct. So now my customer has been waiting two weeks for this fitting. The business practices, the shipment policies and the gross lack of customer service is disgusting. The icing on the cake was they were going to ship on my UPS RED account from Wheat Ridge to Denver. The correct response was to ship the valve today on my UPS account direct to me from the shippping location. Do yourself a favor and do not use swagelok Denver. Find a different supplier.

Delivery of basic items described as in-stock on the website can take more than 2 weeks. Equally slow communication with sales department. Just buy their stuff somewhere else.
