Most reviews are immediately after the job is done. Mine is to commend the folks at Superior Door & Glass for providing outstanding service many years after they installed our beautiful shower doors. The door sweep had cracked after 11 years and the outstanding people there provided a new one for free the day I called and asked what to do. This sort of service and dedication is just over the top and we will continue to recommend SD&G to all of our friends. Great company!

I am very pleased with the service I received from Superior Door & Glass Services. Richard came soon after I called and measured carefully for my new shower doors. He described all options for the doors, and came up with a design that worked well. Nine days later, my custom doors were installed! The installers were careful and did an excellent job. Called to see if a job could be done by a certain date. First representative says yes we can, let me have my quote guy get off another call to give you a quote. The other guy calls and provides quote yet completely contradicts the other guy and says they won't guarantee. I understand I was calling with a unique request, but seriously, two completely different answers from different people at the same company. That is slightly challenging from a consumer aspect.

On Their response, I absolutely told the first gentlemen the tile was being installed and asked very clearly when would be the drop dead date they would need to be able to come out and measure. The first gentlemen knows it, the person writing the response is attempting CYA. I have no problem they cant do it and appreciate they want to be straight forward, however their response is demonstrating possible dishonesty, may very well be a great company but my experience would raise questions in my mind.
