I went to pick up trailer brakes and they only had one pre assembled brake drum hub. The parts team found all the parts to make a second and were super helpful. They gave tips on assembly and informed me about state laws related to trailer brakes. The service team was super helpful in swapping out a tow hitch ball for me. Overall both teams were really friendly and helpful. It’s their busy season, so I didn’t expect much, but I was pleasantly surprised by the experience. Will go back for quick parts grabs in the future. More convenient than waiting for parts to arrive in the mail.

Horrible experience with this company. Phone numbers are screwed up can't reach anyone in sales. The service department would not help me, he actually hung up in me. There is like one sales person and was not even there when the store was supposed to be opened. I literally was trying to call and get help about a trailer for sale on RV Trader and I could not get anyone to help me. Clear indication of poor work ethics and service. I would not do business here.

Trailer Source is a good shop with a decent selection and fair pricing. You will have a good experience as long as you don’t deal with Cal in parts, who seemingly always has a bad attitude. Nobody told him that common courtesy and being friendly doesn’t cost you anything. Maybe a training in customer service would help? Otherwise, great company!

I have purchased trailers from Trailer Source in Wheat Ridge for my company for the last 15 years. Recently just purchased one and did so with ease. Called and told Jason what I wanted and when o removed my trailer was out front waiting for me with the plate in it. Went inside signed and in my way in record time. These guys go a great job.
