The Acorn Glass team was fantastic. We had suffered a broken window, and Acorn had someone over the same day to assess and quote the repair. The price was very fair, and the team that came to install (John and Brett) were effective, efficient, and very professional. Justin, the dispatcher, was an efficient and proactive communicator, so we were aware of the status all along the process. An excellent overall experience with Acorn Glass!

The whole team at Acorn Glass was great to work with - everything from design, sales, installation, and follow up was very smooth. The product itself is beautiful and functions perfectly. When one seal strip became loose after a few months, they came and replaced it without charge. Very responsive and helpful overall. Will definitely choose them for any future custom glass needs!

Phenomenal customer service from Justin at the office to Matt and Jose who performed the clean up, installation and repair! After our front window pane broke, I called multiple shops and Acorn was able to come out within the hour. I was truly surprised when they asked if I wanted it fixed today.
