Appt made at 10:am same day appt at 1:45pm. Less than a 5 min wait. In and out with a smile on my face Dr Norwood was so pleasant and easy to talk to. Highly recommend this office and him.

I really like Dr Brown and Dr Petrus. Dr Brown has provided me with excellent care and I recommend him highly.
The office staff is another issue. The medical assistants have been great but the front desk receptionist is a very unfriendly person and I always feeling like I’m imposing on her. There have been issues with scheduling appointments with whoever does that job. Seems to me that these staff people are not trained and for the love of God, is it too much to ask to be greeted in a friendly way when arriving for an appointment? Also had billing issues so again I have to initiate another call because the person said she would check on the issue and call me back. Has not happened. I miss the day when doctors had the ability to run their own offices and staff instead of big corporations.

Dr Norwood was great! Even though they were very busy, he took time to get to know my 92-year old Mother in law and determine next steps in treatment. He was very personable and easy to talk with. Very pleased with him and his entire staff!
