I would definitely recommend Simply Floors to anyone in the metro area! They stock great products and have great customer service. I’d say the only reason I’m giving 4 instead of 5 stars is we had some mistakes with our installation process where the install team put the flooring down in the wrong direction and installed the wrong color risers on our stairs. This was a shock on install day, but Jesse and Tamila were 100% on top of it and then fixed the entire floor the very next day. It’s really a beautiful floor. On top of that, our general contractor damaged the floor a few times (not related to Simply Floors at all) and when Simply Floors was contacted for a repair they came out promptly and did a really awesome job. Both an art and a science to fix these floors and they have the skill!

Great selection of flooring!! Very knowledgeable and realistic sales people. I would highly recommend scheduling a visit to their showroom instead of looking online. Excited to work with them to put LVP in our basement.

We enjoyed working with Kim from the Simply Floors Quincy location. The installers were so professional, and the cleanup exceeded far beyond our expectations. I would definitely recommend Simply Floors to anyone who needs carpet. Mayo and the installers did a fantastic job, we just had the walls painted and made them aware of my concerns. 3 room and a staircase and not one ding on the walls. I will be coming back on my next carpet needs.

The flooring looks awesome! I now have a brand "new" house!

I want to say a huge thank you to all seven of my Simply Floor installers who installed my new Proximity Mills waterproof LVP flooring in almost the entire house. They did an excellent job and very much deserve a 5-star rating for their hard work, craftsmanship, and professional quality.

I am also very thankful to the Simply Floors installation schedulers who were able to pull-off moving the installation start date up, after my paint crew finished their job way earlier than originally planned.

Simply Floor installers completed the scheduled 2-day installation in 1-day! This enabled us to get back to a more normal life much earlier than originally scheduled.

I had an excellent installation experience with Simply Floors and will definitely recommend them to anyone who asks how I obtained such beautiful LVP floors.

We went with Simply Floors because they have one of the BEST selections of carpets and rugs, their professionalism, and excellent service! We needed a carpet runner for our wood stairs. Lilia walked us through the process and came over with samples we selected so we could see how it would look against our wood floors and carpet upstairs. It helped make it easier for us to choose. Their installer measured the runner to our specs, got the rug runner cut and bound, then installed. We're very happy with the result!! Thank You Simply Floors!

I recommend Simply Floors for anyone considering new flooring. Macy did an outstanding job in measuring and providing samples of LVP. The company quotes for pricing are absolutely straightforward.
I'm very happy with the Happy Feet Rescue/Red Rocks that I selected. It has held up well under the dog toenails of my 60-pound active Weimaraner. There was an incident during installation where my tv was dropped and broken, but Jesse came to my home to intercede and I felt that the company made it right.

I have worked with Simply Floors 4 times now. Two of those after flood damage that required replacement of carpet. They have done LVP and carpet for me in 3/4 of my home. They are amazing to deal with, and they are reliable and impeccable with their installation. I have nothing left to remodel (hopefully for a very long time) but if I do, I will for sure be using them. I recommend them to everyone I know. Thanks for always doing such a beautiful job!
