I only gave LINCARE one star so I could warn people that it is a horrible company and left me 5 days without portable oxygen . They posted each day that they would deliver. I waited each day for 12 hours and they never delivered and never notified me that there was a problem. I have no idea how they are still in business especially considering that oxygen is is essential for life!!!!

Horrible company multiple missed appointments kept hostage in house all day even after they miss appointment the day before. I Have a breaking home concentrator, to the company and drivers that is not a priority. If you have other option use that. They could care less about the patient that needs their services this is the middlebury office not Waterford.

Hate dealing with this company. They get my order wrong almost every time and when dealing with customer service to fix the issue, they are almost always not very customer service oriented whatsoever. The representative almost seems smug about handling my questions and helping me. It wasn’t my screw up. Can’t wait to change machines to request a whole other company to service me.

This company sucks the only way they survive is by buying out the smaller companies that provide much better service. I have been waiting for CPAP supplies since I got the machine. Lincare claimes to of sent then to me 4 times not 1 package was delivered to my door. Customer service is a joke. I don’t know how the hell this company is still in business. I wish I could give them 0 stars and 2 thumbs down

Terrible company, I've been trying to get my supplies for over a month now. Get a different answer every time I call. They were great until Lincate took over. Constantly promising that they've fixed the problem but they never do. They charged my card and still haven't sent my stuff and have "no record" of my order.

If I could give them less than one star I would.

This is by far the worst company ever. My aunt needed oxygen after getting out of the hospital and they got us this company I didn’t have time to read the reviews but I wish we never got this company. The only good part about them is the drivers they are always so nice. My aunt doesn’t need her oxygen anymore and they will not come pick it up I’ve been calling them for a week. They are a ridiculous rude company with no concerns for their patients they only care about the insurance money they are getting. DO NOT GET THEM PLEASE and I will continue telling people how awful they are so that they don’t get much people.

Double charged my elderly parents after my parents received double supplies. My parents nicely went out of their way to return extra shipment. Lincare promised they would credit it once received. In the meantime my Mom gets diagnosed with cancer, they have to move and by the time they call about charge being removed, Lincare no longer "remembers" double shipment that was returned. Ridiculous!! They steal from sick old people!! Should be ashamed. Yes, we paid it anyway but how horrible a company to LIE!
