Overcharged for thread repair on clean engine block, Steve had no clue the shop time involved by his machinist. This was a simple 3 Hour project, You have No clue as to average going time frame by other machine shops. No estimate, over the time line, not completed as asked, no updates, only replies of workers with Covid and no help. Then the simple project was done and come get it and $1200 dollars later. After numerous phone calls and 50 days later!!! 3 holes to repair! No broken bolts to remove, no communication!! You should’ve been sued and be ashamed to do business like that. Your use to big money company projects you pad and scam! You said you would think about it and lower the price. I haven’t heard from you as usual so keep it and buy some Vaseline for your customers. Who also trusted you. You didn’t even know what was going on on my project. Do your job and communicate. You didn’t itemize me anything and no authorization! Your fired! Your also mad and Dishonest. 14 years I’ve given you business and known you to be forgetful. Your machinist told me it was not Dial indicated as I Requested, so why the overcharge!

Kendo inc has done fabrication on or tractor buckets and some work on a trailer and is about to start another two project for us soon. Great work guys from the office to the shop . And Thank you Doug.
