I spent a lot of time researching and shopping around with all the local options before making a decision. I’m picky—I know what I want and expect excellence from the people I hire. Unfortunately, that often leads to disappointment when contractors overpromise and underdeliver. Thankfully, none of that happened with DMD, and I’m so glad I chose them!

Fred and his team were fantastic. Their pricing was significantly better than what Renewal by Andersen quoted me for the exact same products, and their craftsmanship exceeded my expectations. My new front door is absolutely stunning, the new sliding glass door is both beautiful and functional, and the bathroom window looks amazing.

While it took some time for the products to arrive, Fred’s team completed the installation in half a day—and they did it right. The quality of work, combined with prices the competition can’t match, left me beyond impressed. Out of all the house projects I’ve tackled, DMD has been my favorite to work with. When I'm ready to redo my upstairs windows, I won't hesitate to choose DMD.

I highly recommend this company for any window or door projects. After receiving many quotes, I knew this was the right company from the initial phone call. We had our entire home’s windows replaced, and have not had one problem with any of the new Pella windows installed. DMD windows offered top customer service, excellent detail on installation and quality work. The installer did amazing trim work around all windows inside and outside. Before finding DMD windows we had to deal with outrageously high bids, high pressure sales tactics, incompetence, laziness and host of other frustrations. After five bids we finally discovered DMD. Lindsay showed up to measure for the bid but did way more than that. She saw details that none of the previous five estimators had noticed. She knew exactly what would work and what wouldn't. She had great suggestions. She was hands down the best, sharpest and friendliest estimator we had met with. And their pricing was VERY competitive. They kept in touch while the windows were being made. Then came installation. The crew was awesome. We've done a major remodel and had lots of different crews show up for various projects. None were as professional and efficient (and fun!) as the DMD crew. Every aspect of working with them was a true breath of fresh air.

Have to give a big shout out to DMD! Lindsay and her team went above and beyond on our sliding glass door installation. We had an issue with the track and Lindsay did not stop until she found the part (in Canada) we needed to correct the issue.
