An Anti-Itch Cream bought from retail store which really shocked me!!!
The packaging and claims on the box really suit my needs that's why i bought it. But it turns out to be the biggest joke i have had. Can you imagine having itchiness from eczema at night and thinking oh i got a rescue! But when you open a brandnew tube of cream. It's completely empty, not even a single particle of powder inside of a new tube!

The box was new and the tube was sealed but it's just empty!!!

I’m really lucky that I live so close to one of their shops on Broad right across from the Dunkin Donuts. I usually stop by after work (to both shops if I’m being honest) to grab what I need before heading home. My entire family has a host of things wrong with them, so we make trips to the pharmacy more than the grocery store every week and it’s nice to live so close to one that doesn’t overcharge you for every single thing. You just can’t beat their prices, and their products work as well as any name brand I’ve ever used.

I purchased their great Saxon product directly from them for decades. In recent months I had left several VMs for their sales dept without any return call... I wondered if they were out of business. I decided to try their main number today and actually got a human. I was informed that they do not sell to end customers any longer... Would have been nice to simply return a call in the last 6 MONTHS letting your customer of DECADES know that....
