L&M Metal fabrication is extremely professional, friendly, and experienced. The owner is always polite and truly knows his trade. Shop is cleanly, obviously cared for, and is evident they take pride in their work. Their products are high quality both in material and craftsmanship! Highly recommend!!

L&M does great work in regards to precision sheet metal fabrication. They have an efficient process from prototype to production. All the people there are personable and welcoming. Great sheet metal shop!

Old Precision: 4.5/5 stars. Quality work. Open communication.

New Precision: 1/5 stars. New owners are unproffessional and clueless at best. Dishonest and neglectful at worst.

Contacted Precision initially in January 2023 for fabricating a new cradle for a generator for our food truck, as well as swapping the old generator out. A fairly straighforward but labor intensive job.

I brought them our food truck and the new generator in early February. I picked up the food truck and brought it back to them same-day several times so I could run events. Always getting told they would get to it "next week".

They held onto my food truck and the generator for SIX FULL WEEKS without ever touching it.

Finally, I confronted the new owners and they told me "oh we would not have taken that job". Uh, OK? A couple days to figure that out I understand. Even maybe a week. But six weeks? Ridiculous.

Their neglect to communcate honestly has left me in a drawn out fire-drill situation.

I do not recommend bringing your business here.

EDIT: the owner is saying this is not their company. AFAIK - this is the ownership that took over Precision Industries and was directly involved in the fiasco detailed above.
