Seemed okay at first, but now I regret visiting. I'm not impressed with the staff here, especially not the billing department.

My first visit was for a physical, since I hadn't had one in a while. The visit seemed to go well, and I have no major complaints. I received a copy of the doctor's notes, and there were some strange bulletpoints about things we hadn't discussed. I also got a cold after visiting this office. These are just two minor gripes that aren't too unusual for a doctor's office and don't warrant a negative review, but things got so much worse after this.

Per a recommendation from the doctor, I decided to visit their behavioral health center and start talking to a councilor. I had two appointments. The councilor did more talking than I did, and it wasn't about anything in particular. He would just rant about his own life choices and hobbies. I left both visits feeling mentally drained and uncertain. Whatever doctor you see at this place will likely try to sell you on their behavioral health services, but don't listen to them. If you think talking to a therapist might benefit you, I recommend browsing therapists online using a website called Psychology Today.

Worst of all is their billing department. Every time I left an appointment, I was told my insurance was covering everything and I only owed a co-pay. Over a month after my final visit, I received a bill (I don't recall the exact amount). I called the billing department and they told me the bill was sent in error and that I shouldn't pay it. A month later, I received a $300 bill (drastically more than the first bill). When I called this time, they confirmed that this one was NOT sent in error. When I explained that I was told by their front desk that insurance would cover everything, the person on the phone literally said "yeah, our front desk people aren't very good sometimes". I begrudgingly paid the bill. Another month passes and I get yet another bill. I call again, and they say the bill was sent in error and that I can ignore it. I want to believe this is the end of it, but they've told me this before and they surprised me with another, more expensive bill. I don't like leaving negative reviews, but dealing with their billing was the final straw.

Do yourself a favor and find a better office.

I was patient here for quite a while. I am an autistic adult. I didn't know it then. But I received jury duty and there is no way I could do that being autistic, all I didn't know that then. I asked them to write me a letter to get out of it because of my anxiety. They told me something must be wrong with me and that I would need to go to counseling before they wrote me a note. This was humiliating and has haunted me for 5 years. I'm writing this review bc of this. When trying to get an emotional support letter with one of the doctors. The receptionist hung up o me twice. I do have communication issues and that's how they treated an autistic person. She was suspended for the day for her action but still. I had a male doctor tell me I wasn't in pain and it was all in my head. I had sever endometriosis. Sara K was the best, sadly she left. These things have haunted me and have given ptsd with doctors. I do not recommend them if you're different and are autistic. Thanks

I love this doctors office so much they’re so helpful and the staff is always so kind to me. Mercedes was such a pleasure to talk to and she helped me set up a last minute appointment for pain I’m having.

I had terrible experience with this office today. I confirmed my appointment once, after that they called me 5 more times to confirm again, I did. When I came to the office today they told me I canceled my appointment. I was so mad because was confirmed several times. They found available doctor, but after more than 1 hour waiting for I left office. Everything was so unprofessional and disrespectful, nobody apologised. I would highly recommend not to visit that place

Again, everyone here truly cares about patients and their families. We are needing to come more frequently now and we are always welcomed on phone and in person. We don't wait long and everything is clean. It's challenging to start caring for a loved one and keep it all straight. As we find our way and figure it out, Sue has called me to remind me of papers to bring, etc. And Dr. Hilty has called me to make sure I am taking care of myself too. We are supported here and our whole well being is cared about.

This office has the most disrespectful front desk people you will ever encounter. If they don't like how you ask questions, or want to gain information, they will hang up. Their "medical assistant" Luisa has no people skills, no ability to understand the concern. Their office manager JC - at least Luisa claimed it was JC, will not reach out or talk to anyone on the phone when you have concerns. Very terrible customer service.

Dr Campbell and the staff at Partners in Health provide exceptional health care and follow through. You never feel like you're just being "processed through". If you need to see a specialist, they are very adept at getting you to the right doctor and providing the background/paper work necessary for a successful appointment. I feel very well cared for by Dr Campbell and this office!
