Customer Service is poor. The "manager" is extremly rude , likes to make things very difficult and make it more than what it was. Two days in a row my parents had to experience bad customer service . I did not know in order to make an exchange you have to return the entire order and then re buy it all . I work customer service for the past 15 years & These people need some refresh training needed ! Do better people

Used to have really good produce but the quality control is becoming disgusting and I’m starting to get produce that is verging on rotten or IS rotten! This company NEEDS to start checking the produce on shelves so BJ’s members DON’T buy rotten produce and money wasted! July 20, 2023 bought a mix bag of yellow squash and zucchini. This morning July 22, 2023 opened fridge and saw into vegetable drawer a rotten spot on zucchini and so went to inspect and my fingers went INTO it as I pulled it out! Adding a picture of it and NOT happy, will just buy most vegetables elsewhere if this keeps up.
Edit add: December 24th2023 bought double pack Dave’s killer bread and ONE loaf was totally moldy, the other not. No way was both from the same batch because seriously doubt only ONE would mold and the other would be fresh. So they’re probably going through double packs taking out what’s gone bad and putting back together and MISSED mine! Well, I don’t trust ANYTHING fresh they sell there anymore or the dates on them! And I mostly buy fresh so I am DONE and NOT renewing membership since I’m just throwing away what I’m buying 😡

Extra Quality beef from Canada. Great choices and prices. Aisles need better signage and at both ends. Wastes my valuable time, especially when you have cold items in the cart.

I like this store...however why do they consistently not have rotisserie chickens available, and when I ask employee when they will be ready they respond rudely?!?
...6 MORE visits with NO ChICKENS!!
Just sayin..if you have a product and it's always out of stock..what's the point

The Bottle return system needs improvement.. not enough can & plastic machines & really under staffed with people servicing the machines... this is Ridiculous...
