The surgeon did a" great "job on my hip replacement. However, post op nerve damage and no ability to walk because of knee. Leg needed to be stretched and is perfectly even. However, my knee ligaments and tendons are very painful, and knee cannot bear weight.
Leg feels like it has a paper cut on the inside. Is unbearably painful, nerve and tissue pain.
If you have post op issues, I feel you are on your own diagnosing and have to strongly advocate for yourself. Have been definitely upset by a lack of the staff wanting to acknowledge the problem. I had to insist on a referral to neuro. I've been treated with rejection, insult and the issue wasn't even noted in chart.
The staff definitely seems overworked and it's hit or miss as to how you are treated.
I do leave every appointment frustrated and upset.
In fact, when asking for a refill of narcotics, which I've never used before in my life, I was treated suspiciously despite still having 6 pills left out of 30, 2 months after surgery.
As the surgeons are knowledgeable, I would say if you need surgery, bring someone with you who will advocate for you. If you try yourself, you are treated like you are crazy for questions.

8 months out of surgery, 8 months of physical therapy appointments, still in pain, still can't walk. ZERO HELP from the practice.

Had a hip joint replaced in December and my experience with Dr. Thoms and the Constitution Surgery Center East (CSCE) was excellent. I wasn't sure what the experience would be like outside of an actual hospital. But once I got into the prep room, operating room and post-op room it felt better than an actual hospital. Nurses were top notch professionals and all I felt well taken care of. I would highly recommend Dr. Thoms and CSCE.

I had 2 separate cataract surgeries there in January. It is an excellent modern surgical facility. The office and medical staff there were excellent!

Walked in and no one there to instruct you on procedures, just do not enter signs. So one receptionist was rude, snapping instructions to sit when signs says DO NOT ENTER sitting area. Haven't eaten since midnight, and it is now 1 pm, I have been waiting so long I am going to pass out. TV off, people allowed to use hankerchiefs as masks, really poor flow with covid.
Surgery went well though and nurses very good.

The lady that calls to give times and instructions on surgery was very rude. The pre op nurse Kelly and Mia were amazing. The post op nurse Beth was rude and made disrespectful comments to me. I was not impressed this time at the surgery center.

I recently had cataract surgery performed.here. Now my new eyes are a miracle to me. I can't say enough about this group.
They were friendly, helpful, professional,and supportive.
