Had catering through them and they were incredibly understanding of our party’s various food allergies, and went above and beyond to make sure the food we ordered adhered to all the restrictions, right down to making things from scratch to ensure certain ingredients weren’t included. They were very communicative throughout and respond quickly via Facebook message.

Oh and by sheer coincidence, my job orders Italian cookies from them and those have always been amazing. Definitely a great place!

Got catering here for a party and the food and service was amazing. We had a lot of different allergies and the staff was more than willing to cater to each one, even making sauces from scratch to avoid allergens. Everything was fresh and delicious!

Bought a dessert recently, hadn’t eaten all day during to giving blood. The dessert was still mostly frozen. I only had 10 minutes because I was at work. I ate it. No warning of it being frozen still. I paid for mine and my friends. He didn’t have to eat his right away like me. I called and spoke to the owner, some woman. She couldn’t care less. They already had my money. I suggested they might want to put a sign out letting people know in case they want to eat it right away. They suck

Small but awesome place. Great associates and quality stuff. My family loves the burgers and meat selections at this location. If you're not a local, then you would likely miss it. But a Gem inside Oakville indeed
