I wish I could give ZERO stars. I trusted Sean to help me with my start-up taxes but that was a very costly mistake! His incompetence and negligence has caused me great anxiety and stress for over 2 years as I work on correcting his mistakes. He has cost me thousands on fees and penalties to the IRS. The most egregious thing about it all is his lack of care or empathy towards seeing this through with us. He doesn’t care that he caused this mess and that’s demonstrated by his lack of follow up and action. I now have to pay thousands more for an attorney. I trusted but didn’t verify and that’s my fault. I would never recommend working with this company.

Sean (originally Steve) and this company has been the accountant for my 2 businesses and my family over the past 7 or more years. His service and that of his firm is simply over-the-top awesome. The firm's prices are super fair, deadlines are met or exceeded, Sean's personal style is warm and caring. His dad Steve is the now retiring/retired, brilliant and more old-school no-nonsense founder (I totally love him and his insight / experience is spot on, but his style is quite different than Sean's; Sean has the bedside manner charms as well.). I can't highly enough praise the company (I have had several other accountants in the past and they all so missed the mark.).Enthusiastically endorse!

I highly recommend this team. My 2020 was a complicated year with a lot more going on than usual. I knew I had to find an expert. This was my first year to use this firm. From start to finish communication was incredible. They were very thorough in explaining all the tax saving opportunities I qualified for and attaining further information from me that I didn't even know I could use. Steve knows a lot about the business however I did not appreciate how he spoke to me in our last meeting. He also speaks to others in a similar, demeaning, tone. My husband called to inquire and let him know that his words could have better chosen. He was unapologetic and refused to understand our discontent. We are not professional tax preparers so we rely on professionals but did not feel that I, as a woman was spoken to respectfully and with out the insertion of demeaning remarks and curse words. I sincerely hope that this was a bad day on Steve's part however I recommend that you approach with caution. As a small business owner I am sad to say that I can not refer Steve to associates nor clients of my own.
