I told Ran that if I could give 5 and a half stars, I would. C-T-G is ABSOLUTELY FANTASTIC! I'm typing this review on a pretty expensive and capable gaming laptop that I use for, well, gaming, and video editing. After an evening of drinking wine and trying to learn French, my laptop got zapped ( don't ask ) but it took me some time to repair because I wanted to entrust my investment to someone capable. Ran, is MORE than capable!! Please, before you call Geek Squad, call Ran. This guy knows his stuff. I had done some fiddling with this Laptop to get it working, but when I exhausted all of my knowledge, I gave it to a true EXPERT. He has a great sense of humour, and it's quite refreshing to know that he's on point and a great businessman as well. I knew that my motherboard replacement (Ryzen 7/ NVIDIA GTX 1660) would be pricey, but he got me LEGIT parts, INSTALLED and CONFIGURED for a very reasonable price ( and MUCH less than the cost to outright replace this laptop). Great work, Great service, and Great person, 11 out of 10. Recommend.

Side Note: My original motherboard was wonky ( as well as some config stuff ) and it was covered under his suppliers warranty, so he took his time ( money ), and replaced it with another new motherboard FREE OF CHARGE, even knowing it took him some extra time. He made it right, and stands by his work. A++++++++++.

Ran gave me a very friendly greeting, made me feel comfortable with his expertise, provided a free initial consultation, upgraded my operating system and worked with me to resolve a hard to diagnose problem for what I considered a very reasonable fee. Ran has bailed me out on two separate occasions. Once when I had a data recovery issue a couple of years ago and then again today when my son’s laptop had issues. Ran and Computers To Go were recommended to me by a very reliable source just over 4 years ago. Since then I have had numerous occasions to use his services ranging from simple glitches (or user errors) easily resolved remotely up to wanting to replace my PC with a new one. In every instance Ran was readily available and took care of whatever I needed very quickly. When I had a laptop that stopped working which I needed for my job, he had it repaired and back in my hands in less than 24 hours allowing me to have almost no downtime. When I wanted a new PC, he took care of getting it set up for me exactly as my old one was so that I had no lost data and didn't have to reinstall any software. That, too, was back in my hands and working again in just a day. His phone support is incredible. Nothing like the difficulty trying to arrange a support call with The Geek Squad. And more often than not the Geek Squad was unable to resolve my issues, of if they did it took far longer than Ran ever has and took multiple calls.

I can also say that what he charges for his services is less than any other person or company I've had work on my computers over the last 20 years. I would very confidently highly recommend Ran to anyone.

Best Buy quoted me like 300 dollars to fix my laptop, I come here for a second opinion and the guy fixes it during the diagnostic AND he’s too kind, he does it for free because you get a free diagnostic. Amazing shop, great vibes, highly recommend.
