The staff is very friendly and knowledgeable. They helped us find oven and cooktop models we liked that fit existing openings in our cabinets and cabinet top. Delivery notifications and updates on my phone. The installer they recommend did a great job.

When our dryer went out we had a new one from Mannys installed in 2 days.

You will never get this service from a big box store.

I have been a loyal customer of Manny’s Appliance for many years, spent thousands of dollars on various appliances for my home, and never had any issues, until now. My most recent purchase from Manny’s was a washer/dryer set a little over a year ago. At the time, I bought the 5 year extended warranty for both units. On January 2, 2025, the washer failed to finish a wash cycle and the door would not unlock. A service person from Manny’s came to look at the unit and said the main computer board needed to be replaced. I was informed that the part was ordered on the spot and would be in by Monday, January 6, 2025 and they would call me to schedule a service date to replace the part shortly after that. January 6th came and went without a call. Then another week went by without a call. Finally, I reached out to see what was going on and was told by service that they would call me as soon as the part came in, to schedule a service call to install the new part. I have since called service managers and left messages without any calls back. I now call every day and get the same story from service on each call that I make that they will call me when the part comes in. Last week I was informed that they may be able to get me a loaner washer. When I made my daily call to the service department today to follow up on that offer, they said that the managers are still discussing it. Moral of the story is that Manny’s service department does not care about their customers. I have been without a washing machine for almost 3 weeks now with no end in sight. I used to recommend this company to everyone, but I will no longer be doing that.

We bought our matching Speed Queen washer and dryer from the manager, Joe Sconzo.
He was easy to work with and everything he promised was delivered on.
I waited to give a review just in case we had any issues with our appliances and recently, we did have an issue. I called Joe and he had a repairman out within the week and about 1 week later, we had a working washer again!
Again, promise made, promise kept.
I will buy from him and Manny's again

Good customer service but they took advantage. First purchase was a fridge in 2021, second purchase was a dishwasher in 2023.

This review is for the dishwasher, and I overcharged on purpose.
The item I wanted was not in stock, so the dishwasher and price tag were not displayed.

The manager showed me a picture, told me that it was on sale, a good deal, & verbally gave a price. I purchased.

When I returned to buy something else a month later, I noticed my same dishwasher, displayed with a lower price than I paid. I questioned why I was charged more when the sale price card specifically showed a lower price than I paid, specifically within the date range I purchased. No one had an answer.

After working in retail for over 25 years, this is LOW. They didn't apologize or give a refund and I will never shop there again.

Great all around staff and service. Patient and helpful with a custom order. Even helped us find a cabinet maker to do custom door panes for the dishwasher and fridge. Went as far as helping chop ice on the walkway so we could take delivery during the winter!

I had a fantastic experience buying a refrigerator from Manny's. I had purchased the same refrigerator from Home Depot, and after a month of spotty communication and several failed delivery attempts, I was at my wit's end. I called Manny's, and their highly professional sales staff (shout out to Michael) assured me that their in-house delivery team would deliver the refrigerator within 4 days. Michael personally called and emailed me to verify my order and confirm the delivery date. True to their word, Manny's delivery team arrived at my doorstep and installed my new refrigerator 4 days later, with no issues. The delivery team was punctual, professional, and friendly. They took the time to make sure the refrigerator was set up properly, and gave helpful guidance for setup and use. I will be returning to Manny's for all of my future appliances.
