Not a good place to rent chainsaw from. No comments for anything else.
I rented a 24” Husqvarna from BerMar, to chop some logs for firewood. The first 10 cuts was really good. But the chain stopped turning, I talked to the service guy on the phone, he couldn’t made any better suggestions than asking me to bring it back to the store. There, he had to retune it, and I wasted about 50minutes in the process. Then after I returned home and start the work again, the chain felt so dull after only one cut. The service guy told me that he put on a new chain for every rental. My only recommendation to him was that don’t buy the chains from this supplier anymore. It only last 15 cuts. — I am done with this saw, had to return it right there. After 3 trips to the store and $90 wasted, still no firewood.

We rented tables, chairs and tents for a back yard wedding. When they delivered the items they left them in our flower bed because they couldn't go 10' more feet without charging us. We had to clean everything while setting up. When they picked everything up it was left where they had put it and then they charged me over 100.00 to clean it. I would not recommend this company to anyone for party rentals.

I have been renting from Bremar for 12 years and highly recommend them. Their equipment is always in great condition with a wide variety of tools.
A year ago, we held a party in the yard for 100 guests. Amy was wonderful with helpful recommendations and organized easy the set up. Today we finished a yard project, tree trimming, and rented the hydraulic lifter, chipper, chain saw and a tractor with a front loader. All the equipment was in excellent mechanical shape. It took just one day without any hitches. I usually consult with the owner Jake, whose opinion I highly value as one of the best professionals I have come across. He is always ready to drop everything and help. I read some negative comments left by other people who claimed that the owners of the place are harsh and unpleasant... I strongly disagree from my many years doing business with Bremar. The Bremar staff are extremely professional and helpful, and the equipment they rent is reliable and suited to any job I’ve ever needed to get done.

Used for both party rentals and tools/equipment. Always had a positive experience. One time when my garage was flooded, the owner stayed a few minutes after closing and waited for me to come pick a water pump rental. I really appreciated that.

I have been dealing with Bre- Mar for 6 years and have had at least 8 events using their services. They are the most professional and caring company and they have worked with me with rescheduling and cancellations and were incredibly fair and kind. The owners and employees all care about their customers and I do not believe all they care about is money - they care about people. Their policies are very clear and the emails are very precise about making a down payment and signing contracts before you are confirmed. It’s an easy process - very easy- and I have always called and checked my credit cards to make sure my payments were made . They are the nicest people and I would know after 6 years of using them. Please use them and call to confirm if needed. They deserve praise and they deserve your business. Changes are no issues and they help you with a smile. I absolutely recommend them 1,000 %. If anyone had issues with them , I would believe it was their own error and not Bre-mar’s. USE THEM DEFINITELY 👍🏾

We had a party that we booked for our daughter and when she came down with hand foot and mouth disease they kept the 50% deposit. We told them on the Tuesday of the week we were going to have the party that we would need to postpone and the day of the party was going to be that Saturday. Bremar said they couldn’t transfer the credit to another reservation even though we told them 4 days before that we had a highly communicable illness in our family that we didn’t want to share with every family that we know. Their reasoning? “The truck is already loaded up.” No where in the contract does it state that deposits are non refundable, however, they refuse to refund my deposit. I will never rent from them again.

Booked a reservation for our back yard wedding ceremony and gave my credit card back in April. It was not charged (they claimed they never had it) and the signed "quote" then became invalid. Even though I was told everything was all set over the phone, I was basically told it was my fault for THEM dropping the ball and me not following up. The woman over the phone was very unempathetic. If you need a tent/chair/table rental I would look elsewhere.

Amazingly smooth and professional experience! I was able to sign the rental agreement and pay with my credit card on my phone. A completely touch-free transaction. The 6" wood chipper I rented was easy to operate and it was very effective. Staff was courteous and helpful. I highly recommend BreMar Rental!
