Nick and his team completed a partial basement reno for our family to take our finished basement into a functional in law suite/guest apartment. They installed a small kitchen, laid flooring, and completed the necessary rough in plumbing and electrical for the addition of the kitchen.

The space looks beautiful and we are so happy with the results. We’ve received multiple compliments from friends and family on the space already.
