Exceptional! The gentleman at the front desk is always friendly and helpful. We saw Dr Burger who is truly amazing, thorough, attentive, and a great listener. Definitely one of the best doctors! They also had an interpreter via iPad, which was great, seeing the interpreter made the experience feel welcoming and warm. I don’t remember the MA’s name but she is wonderful as well. I also like how this location has different specialties and an on-site lab, making it convenient.

I went to Adventhealth ER and was treated by Dr. Regina Oakes, she was amazing! Very knowledgeable, and caring! She was so professional yet personable. After she took care of an infection in my finger she gave me her card for any additional questions, and she and followed up to make sure I was getting better! Great Doctor!

Y’all need better customer care.. I had a text that had zero information about a time I was supposed have my appointment.. just a date and the text literally said that I could not text back.. this is the only text I ever got and when I called the front desk guy just yelled at me for missing appointments I didn’t even set up for myself.. I was in a severe car accident and developed a bad brain injury which makes it hard to remember stuff.. and I was just in the ICU for congestive heart failure which makes it hard to do stuff.. and the front desk guy literally just yelled at me for 10 minutes saying they are going to cancel me.. I would not recommend this place if you are actually having trouble with a brain injury or a heart condition because I just had the most stressful time talking to the front desk guy.. he literally had zero compassion and I just ended up feeling like I had made a really really terrible mistake.. some how he just made my heart hurt more than ever .. so stay away from this place if you think stress is a bad thing and not good for your heart health..

Not only Doctor Berger is incapable of diagnosis illness, but very greedy to double charge you comparing to all other doctors I have used during past 26 years. He lies a lot to justify his high charges like 2 visits though there's only one and even faked on visit notes after I told him that he didn't exam my son at all just talked.

Not only the doctor is the worst ever seen, the doctor office is worst ever as well.

After talked with the doctor office for 3 days about the referral mentioning my son is suffering from daily headaches, I finally got a message from the office manager saying that the visit happened in August 15th, and I have to see another provider in the office for the referral only after the first provider charged me $660 without being able to do anything. Dr Berger is expected to give us this referral during the visit if he has any knowledge about diagnosis of headaches. He delayed the diagnosis because of his incapability, charged us very high without any help. Now he even wouldn't write the referral after we know what type of specialist to see after 2nd opinion with a headache specialist.
The only thing they care about is making as much as money from you but without providing any results. And they charge you the time you listen to the doctor's personally stories too.

This is the worst ever experience not only from a doctor, but from any doctor office.

I will contact related attorneys to see how this can be handled. The doctor and the office has caused long delays of the diagnosis and suffering of my son while the only thing they care about is double charging you.

After 2 weeks I asked for records sent to 2nd opinion including talking to the officer manager or supervisor twice, they didn't do anything though they said they would work on them. Now it turns out not only the doctor lied a lot, but the office manager or supervisor too.

What kind of practice it is?!!!

I am sure Dr. Berger will make a great doctor for some, especially wealthy retirees. He seemed well intentioned but that is done at cost to his patients.

Dr. Berger has to be the best doctor I've ever come across in 30+ years of personhood.
He's full of passion and interest for what he does, never rushes, always clear in communicating, and very knowledgeable.
I feel very lucky to have been paired with him by my insurance. 10/10.

All the good providers have left and it’s just Dr. Berger. I have never publicly trashed anyone but I have to say that Dr. Berger is a bad doctor. My husband and I have each seen him twice and both agree. I have submitted feedback but never heard anything.
