Wanted to buy linear fireplace but wasn’t sure what brand/model to purchase. Came across Embers and watched a bunch of their YouTube videos while doing my research. Went to a local showroom to check out various fireplaces but remembered them asking to give them a shot if their videos were useful. Called and spoke with Alec. He provided excellent service, an amazing price and the unit arrived early in flawless condition. Would highly recommend Embers & Alec if you find yourself in the same situation. My family room built in is now complete and we love it. The Orion Multi is so realistic, just ordered the upgraded log kit. Can’t wait to receive it

Embers Living has been a great company to work with. Even though I am in a different state I chose them due to their great customer service and helpful YouTube videos. Those videos helped me determine which fireplace to purchase. Fast forward a year later there was an issue with the screen and Embers handled everything by contacting the company for me and getting my screen fixed under warranty.

I purchased a Wildfire 42” Grill and assortment of BBQ island accessories from Embers after watching their YouTube reviews of the products. Randy was a pleasure to work with on the sales side of the transaction and was professional throughout. A few items did arrived damaged in shipping but Beau worked diligently to resolve any issues and get me replacement products delivered, which was greatly appreciated. I was researching grills to buy and became interested in Napoleon Grills. I stumbled upon Trevor’s online videos and was pleasantly surprised to discover that their location wasn’t too far away.
So, I decided to visit the store in person to explore my options. Trevor, the friendly face behind those videos, patiently answered all my questions and expertly guided me toward the grill that suited my needs. His assistance made the decision process much smoother.
Now, let’s talk about the delivery. Unfortunately, there were some delays on the supplier’s side. However, the Embers team kept me well-informed about the grill’s progress and when to expect it at their warehouse. I opted for delivery and the grill build service, and I couldn’t be happier with the outcome.

I first got to know of Embers Fireplaces and Outdoor Living through their awesome YouTube review videos, as I was looking for both a fireplace and a patio heater. So the in-depth reviews and overviews of all the different types and models were really helpful. I live in the Bay Area, California - so unfortunately had no way to visit the Embers showroom. However after discovering that there wasn't anyone that came close locally to what Embers had to offer I thought I would reach out and see if I could get the stuff delivered. Turned out, they were totally able to do so, and it was so simple. Danielle was great to work with and she was very helpful for me - buying these things is not something I've done before (and likely won't be for some time to come since I only have space for one fireplace and heater!) - so it was great that she took the time to help guide me and provide advice.

When it came to ordering - this was smooth. I was in the middle of building works, so it was important for me to get these delivered in a specific time window so they could be installed properly. Danielle helped to make sure everything went smoothly. Delivery was smooth and items came very well packaged and in perfect condition. The items are exactly what I was looking for. (We bought a Dimplex Evolve 74" fireplace and a Infratech WD-6024 heater with flush mount kit).

I was so pleased with the process; that when it came to buying out outdoor kitchen, I went back to Danielle at Embers and she helped me buy the Gas BBQ and kitchen accessories. Again, all was smooth and delivery was great (everything was delivered on a palette and in great condition). Haven't yet installed it, but really looking forward to getting my grill on!

Amazing experience with Ember Living and its team-especially our sales person Braeden. Trevor’s videos were helpful so I called about the 60” Orion electric fireplace we wanted. Braeden was very knowledgeable and responsive and offered us a very fair price. The first unit arrived damaged but Braeden and Ember Living were incredible in getting us a new unit quickly. The unit is now installed and is awesome. Highly recommend this company and Braeden.

So far, the customer service has been amazing! We found these guys through watching videos on wood inserts on YouTube.Tayte at Embers was super friendly and accommodating and worked with us to figure out what would be best for our needs. If I were you, I would just skip the rest and make the drive; you won't be disappointed. They have a great selection of all sorts of indoor and outdoor fireplaces, grills, outdoor kitchens, knowledgeable staff, and who knows what else, I'll have to go back!

Trevor's videos are fun, easy, and super informative. Made me want to do business with them. I called Embers to get a price on a Mendota, and while on the phone with Danielle, discovered that the manufacturer required me to deal with someone much more local. That didn't stop Danielle from giving me time and answering my many questions. What great culture! If I lived anywhere near them, they would get my business -- and I only wish I could give it to them now.
