I had the need for service on my Rivera Sedona 55 amplifier and was referred by a service to technician I had used before, a gentleman named James Link. James is now working at Clearwing Productions, and I am so pleased that I was able to find him again. James, and some of his associates, professionally located the problems with my amplifier, and had it ready for pick up in less than two weeks. Very fair price for the repair, professional followup, and they even carried this incredibly heavy piece of equipment both from and back into my vehicle. James Link and Clearwing Productions gets my highest recommendation!!!

I brought an old Yamaha CS-80 which was in need of repair to them after all my regular synthesizer techs passed on the job. It was a major undertaking for one of the most difficult to work on analog synthesizers ever made, and likely the most valuable. The CS-80 needed the keyboard fixed, calibration, tuning, and some boards reworked and re-soldering. After a couple weeks, James and crew got it all working as if it came straight out of the factory in the 1970's. I cannot recommend Clearwing and staff highly enough!

The Service Department at Clearwing Productions is the best around! They fixed our analog gear and even found us a backup analog console and some fantastic outboard analog gear for us to add to our collection. I had a great experience with Clearwing's service department! I'd been trying and trying to get somebody to take a look at an old Yamaha keyboard I have, and everywhere else told me it wasn't worth them bothering to fix it. But it's sentimental to me, and I wanted someone to try to get it working again, even if it made more economic sense for me to just buy a new one. Clearwing did, and they did a great job! It took some time for them to get the job, but they explained that transparently up front and then delivered on their expected timeline. Great experience!

This company is amazing! My family has had our Clavinova electric piano since I was a little girl, and we believed it would need to go to the dumpster when the sound stopped working. A few years ago, the notes stopped working and the piano would just make a hissing noise when we turned it on. Jeremy and James fixed the piano, and it sounds brand new! We are SO happy with their work! They were also incredibly professional and kind throughout the whole process. Thank you from my whole family! 🙂

With everything going on these days, it's nice to encounter nice decent people who not only care about their work, but are also kind, considerate and generous with their time and knowledge. We are professional piano teachers of adults and we use our 2 Roland Digital pianos alongside our 2 Grand Pianos every day that we teach. The older of the two Roland's (KR-7) was failing in several ways, buttons didn't work, keys weren't registering accurately and other intermittent problems.

We called James and he arranged to pick up the piano and get it back to us as quickly as he could. James and Jeremy picked up the keyboard an hour after I called. Jaime replaced 37 switches, 14 button micro switches, 88 key contacts, and refurbished the power supply. They picked up the piano on Wed and I got it back today, Friday. It's like a brand new keyboard. Since it's our business, we paid extra for rush work, but even so, their response just blew us away.

If you need someone who truly knows what they are doing and respects your need to repair, rather than throw-away and buy new, Clearwing is the place to go. I can't recommend them highly enough!

Clearwing is the only company I trust in Colorado to fix my audio gear. I work with James and Jaime and they couldn’t be more friendly and knowledgeable. They even helped me figure out a little-known issue with one of my English EQ’s (reversed polarity on the positive and negative pins), because they have the long history and experience behind them and the skills to make it all work. I highly recommend Clearwing as your ONLY go-to when it comes to caring for the gear that we all love and rely on so much. They are the absolute best, hands-down!
