I recently worked closely with the team at Novo Precision on one of my Company’s biggest skus for our principal customer. The Novo Precision team is top notch.

Novo Precision’s customer service department were dedicated, responsive and very helpful addressing any of our needs as they arose. Quality of raw materials and finished product was excellent. Minimal quality issues, mostly driven by Novo’s attention to detail, testing protocol and intuitive manufacturing methods.

In terms of delivery and pricing, Novo was very competitive. OTIF is were Novo Precision excels.
