We used 307 for the first time to process our feeder pigs. We live 3 hours away but it was absolutely worth it! Decent amount of selections and a friendly staff. I got one or two of each of their fresh sausages and a porterhouse. This place is kinda like a craft beer. It's nice and packaged well, but don't expect it to be priced like Bush beer... and who wouldn't want bacon flavored lip balm.

We process all of our beef and pork through 307. Every step of each visit is flawless from scheduling to picking up boxes. They make their processing work for the producer, clients, and themselves and it shows in their final products. Our vacuum seals are always perfect, the flavors of specialty products are unlike any other custom butcher shop you’ll find, and the cuts are always on point.

My wife gets very attached to our animals and she has a hard time at drop off, the lady that greeted us at drop off made my wife feel good about leaving our animals there. People here are so great. The drop off facility was user friendly and the packing is top notch. We have used a lot of facilities from Colorado to Wyoming and 307 is our go to from now on. Great place to have meat processing done.

Park on the street. They don't have designated loading area for semi trucks. Loaded in no time. Nice people.
