My husband and I drove out here last week after researching places to get good jerky. We loved how the hey raise their animals humanely and seemed to sincerely care about how they raise and process their meats. When we got there, one of the owners Informed us they no longer sold jerky, but that she had a box left that was slightly expired and that we could have it. Ummmm yes please!!! Needless to say I was beyond stoked.
She was incredibly kind, personable and even explained to us how where the meat is processed makes a difference in the quality and taste of the meat, not to mention the welfare of these animals and their last moments. Something we hadn’t even considered.
We bought a couple pork shoulders that we slow roasted that were absolutely amazing. We most definitely will be back and we have found our new favorite meat company! Thank you so much guys!!! Appreciate you tons!!

Best Beef in Colorado. Keep it local! I love Legacy. Been a customer pre and post covid. Buy all you beef here. Buy all that you can here. We have to keep this place running. Had to call because I wasn't sure exactly where to go. A very nice young lady came from house and walked me down to where the freezer was. Everything is vacuum packed and makes a big difference for storage. They have great buy options also.

Buy their meats via Pope Farms as it is very close to home. Best damn hamburger patties and Filets anywhere. Try them out. Yum
