I served as wedding DJ at this beautiful estate on June 15, 2024. It may have a barn feel on the outside but inside is extraordinary, spacious and modern. The grounds were beautiful. What a great place to have a wedding!. As the owner of Music In Motion, we would love to be back here sometime very soon.

This venue is an absolute gem, with so much natural beauty that requires minimal enhancement. The chandelier and string lighting in the barn adds so much to what’s otherwise basically a beautiful blank slate in an empty barn. It’s the perfect venue for DIY-ish weddings or people who like to add their own personal style/touch to their décor. Rehearsal dinner is included in the cost, so we were able to get there early Friday, setup, have rehearsal in the barn, and make sure everything was all set for the day of the wedding. We also had access Sunday to clean everything up and pack!

The venue offers both indoor seating for the reception, and nice, white outdoor chairs for the ceremony, eliminating the need for a shuffle during cocktail hour. The inclusion of the tables, chairs, and the bathroom trailer are a huge advantage, as it’s one less thing we had to worry about renting from other similar venues. They also have a number of additional items like the bar, wine barrels, arches, wooden garbage cans, farm tables, and flower pots that are all already incorporated into the venue's overall cost (which is extremely affordable considering all you’re getting!).
Our experience with Madison, the venue coordinator, was always a pleasure from day one. She was super accommodating, organized, and very friendly! From the moment we secured our booking, she provided me a ton of assistance, including copies of layout examples from previous weddings, photos of everything included at the venue, and measurements before I even had to ask. She even allowed our friends to bring their camper and sleep right on site (small fee). They also have two on-site AirBNB’s which were extremely convenient, and were easily accessible by a short walk from the barn.

In every way, this venue exceeded our expectations and left an indelible mark on our special day. I wholeheartedly recommend it to anyone seeking an extraordinary and stress-free wedding experience!!!

I was mainly here for a wedding but overall the event coordinators and estate are beautiful and pleasing. Very lovely place hold a wedding or other event. My only issue is the GPS sends you to s different location when trying to find the estate. It's actually on the other side of wherever it takes you

My husband and I couldn't be happier with our wedding at Wyndcrest Estate! This was the first and only venue we visited in person and booked it right away. I knew I didn't want to get married in one of those all-inclusive wedding halls but didn't want to deal with the logistics of planning a backyard wedding. Wyndcrest was the perfect medium because it allowed us the creative freedom to bring in our own vendors and decorations but came equipped with enough tables & chairs for 200+, a rolling bar, dance floor, pavillion with picnic tables, and a bathroom trailer. I priced out some other local barn style venues that were more expensive and didn't even have a bathroom!
The barn itself is gorgeous and required very little decoration. I believe it was built brand new just a few years ago. We loved the aesthetic of the edison bulb string lights and the beautiful chandelier in the middle. Double sliding doors run the entire length of the building and two large barn doors at either end open up to allow plenty of air flow in the summer. One of my favorite aspects of Wyndcrest is that it offers the best of both worlds in terms of indoors/outdoors. We held our ceremony and cocktail hour outside on the west facing lawn and moved inside for the reception. After dinner out guests enjoyed sitting outside in the Adirondack chairs and wandering across the lawn to visit the mini-horses as the sun set and meandered their way back inside to the dancefloor as night went on. Definite bonus points for the stunning sunset views.
Venue manager Madison was extremely helpful in the months and days leading up the wedding to make sure everything was set up the way we wanted. The venue does not provide any staff on the day-of but they do have a contractor on call who quickly helped us with a couple of minor issues. We also had plenty of access to the barn for set up prior to the wedding and clean up the day after. Side note: Wyndcrest also offers a gorgeous Air Bnb house on the same property that comfortably sleeps 8-10 people. We stayed here with some members of our wedding party, and it was incredibly convenient and comfortable. If I had to do it all over again, I would choose Wyndcrest every time!
