Really enjoyed shopping here. It’s like Tractor Supply only they have a lot better selection of clothes for men and women. My brother picked up a few western shirts that were really nice. They had an amazing display of yeti cups.

Its kind of a love hate relationship...they are typically priced higher then Home depot or even tractor supply but if you get sales they are better. The struggle is help. Its much better with newest manager but still a struggle. I think its a company issue.

Went in this week to buy a patio umbrella they have on sale and they were strewn about the front entry outside. couldn't find bases and things weren't clearly marked (common problem) so I asked a young man outside. His words were "I don't know" ...went in and asked the cashier, she said "they're outside" I told her they weren't and she said "on the other side" when I asked her to show me, she walked out while on her radio and called someone (I think it was the 'I don't know') guy and he said "They're out front...if you don't see them there we don't have any"

I was on my way east and said "I'll just check in Elizabeth"

Got to the Elizabeth store and asked 3 young guys standing just inside by the umbrella display where they kept the boxed ones. One young man said "I don't know where they keep the garden stuff" while the other two continued to joke around with each other.

Asked the cashier and she said "if we have them, they are out front in the cages" I walked around there and things were strewn about and not clearly marked. No sign of the bases.

I gave up...I'll order online

The staff here is very attentive and knowledgeable. My wife and I came in looking to purchase a new weapon for her and the attendant at the weapons counter enthusiastically explained the pros and cons of several different firearms. It was a great experience and we are happy with our purchase. 10/10!

I cannot say enough fantastic things about this store! Shawn and David spent over an hour with my husband and I helping us figure out which chain saw and trimmer would be best suited for our needs. These guys have STELLAR service, and are incredibly kind and helpful. Big Rs in Monument is officially our new go-to place for all our home needs

Would give 0 stars if I could....my parents gave my boyfriend a gift card for $100 for his birthday, and so he went in the next day to do some shopping. While he was there, the manager called the cops on him for "looking suspicious"...literally that was it. He hadn't done ANYTHING to warrant suspicion. Everything he touched either was put right back on the shelf, or was in his cart to purchase later. They even knew he had a gift card because when he first came in the store he was thirsty and paid for a soda with the card. After the whole ordeal of the manager confronting him with CSPD, there was no apology whatsoever. Do not shop here, you could have the cops called on you just based on the way you look.

I have been using Monument Big R to purchase wood stove pellets for years, because of their help and their dry storage. Yesterday I went to this store to purchase wood pellets for the first time this season and found they had move the pellets to a noncovered storage area out front of the store and the pellets were in awful shape. Of the five or six pallets stacked with pellets most were unusable. In fact it took your employee assisting me quite some time to find six usable bags. The rest are full of sawdust as they have been exposed to too much moisture. If Monument Big R cannot return the storage of their wood pellets to a dry area I will be forced to purchase them elsewhere.
