I need oxygen and a wheelchair and MedCo-Rotech has been great. All this is new to me, the delivery person is very nice. I called the office for fuller explanations on renting or owning equipment , what the insurance pays, and what equipment is available. our electricity is prone to outages, so I bought a backup battery with AC plug off the internet. I also read on the internet how to use, and not abuse, the oxygen concentrator. ROTECH has resources at their web page, too.

So happy with Medco’s service. My mother in law needed oxygen coming out of the hospital and Medco’s people were quick to get her set up, explained everything so well and the office manager, Vanessa, helped us with insurance and any questions we had and took such good care of us. Highly recommend!
